Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The food and preparation was outstanding. Steaks and seafood wood prepared and cooked perfectly. This was the most outstanding Anniversary dinner and experience we have had in 23 years of marriage. The staff made us and our special evening very special!!

    Great experience. Waiter Christian was excellent from start to finish! Did not rush the evening and table selection was great. (Prior reservations via open table the restaurant seats guests at the worst / smallest table in the restaurant) not at Capital Grill wonderful environment will return!

    Just loved this place, my first time at this one but just like all the others it’s amazing. Manager was outstanding and all the staff just what I would expect from the Capital Grille. Can’t wait to get back there.

    Every aspect was outstanding! The food was sublime. Service was exceptional. Not inexpensive but it felt like money well spent.
