Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Outstanding service! The dinner was excellent. One of my top dining establishments! Thank you to our server for such outstanding serve. He made the experience delightful!

    Went to the Capital Grille to celebrate a Graduation and the Service was terrific, We had a party of seven and the server John and the rest of the staff did a wonderful job, Every meal was served at once with all the food being cooked to order and the temperature of the steaks were spot on. the sides were plentiful and delicious.. Congratulations on a job well done.. I look forward to eating there again soon.

    First time dining and it was outstanding. We went for our anniversary and the staff made us feel so special . The ambience, service, and food were amazing! Will definitely go back again.
