   The burgers were delicious, fresh and flavorful, but the menu didn’t offer many options. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing: our server was slow and never offered a refill for our drinks. Overall, great food but poor service.

   Great quality service and food! The staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive. Sat outside, and was concerned about the street noise, but being below street level, made for a wonderful experience.

   Another great meal at Capital Burger. This is one of our “go to” places when we visit Boston. Highly recommend the pretzel appetizer and the shakes are delicious. The staff is very friendly.

   The front desk lied about availability and said the restaurant was fully booked when it was empty. I booked on OpenTable. The server upsold a middling burger doused in cheese despite me saying I didn’t care for a lot of cheese, forgot to check in and never refilled my water. Mostly though it’s a very expensive forgettable burger so I was disappointed about that more than the weird lackluster service.

   Good food, nice ambiance and staff was nice. Service was a little slow due to restaurant being full, but I’d recommend going there again!
