Great food and service. Bartender was e exceptional plus doing double duty working the bar, serving food and drinks at tables. The lady serves (2) were very busy but very prompt with service. The ambiance is old and pub feeling but was a good experience. Had thexsoecisl Roast beef and Yorkshire pudding. Served with peas, cauliflower and roasted potatoes. Only complaint would have gotten a bigger Yorkshire pudding. The portion was about the size of a hen's egg. Husband had the surf and turf. Was very pleased. We would definitely go here again

Food and service was good. My only quibble was with the online booking. I had an email confirming my table reservation but when I arrived in the Cape Horn bar there was no note of it. Fortunately there was a free table, so we were able to dine there. It was an embarrassing situation as I was there with friends and had been responsible for the booking. I emailed the hotel about this the next day but I have had no response from them. So my advice would be that if you want to reserve a table here, then don't use the online booking facility! I would go back but would phone to book next time.

Disappointingly an extremely inebriated group in the bar distracted from our evening. Food not as good as usual. Charged for 2 bottles of wine when only had one
