The Cannibal is a restaurant celebrating all things meat. Essentially, this is a restaurant run by a butcher who loves beer. As soon as guests enter they will see The Cannibal's meat counter, where diners can look over some of the items on the menu or take a pound of something home to go. There is also a beautiful covered patio for diners to enjoy their meal on whenever the weather is nice.The Cannibal's menu, much like a butcher, uses every conceivable part of the animal. Nothing goes to waste here, so diners are likely to see dishes like pigs ears and chicken feet right alongside the more traditional cuts of sirloin steak and pork chops. Of course, guest's can't be expected to eat just meat, which is why all of the vegetables brought into Cannibal are locally sourced seasonal sides.
