Food and service were delightful. Two customers came in and were seated in an area I couldn't see. I'm not sure what exactly transpired. My sense is that they might have waited too long for service. These customers got up and left. This is absolutely every customer's right. However, staff on the floor began openly discussing it with each other and quite loudly. I could clearly hear them. This left me feeling both uncomfortable and disappointed with the restaurant. I also observed other diners turning towards the staff who were loudly discussing. This ruins the experience for everyone. Also diminishes customer service overall. Not to mention the restaurant wasn't busy and noise levels were low. I get that staff may wish to discuss customer behaviours - by all means do it! Just not loudly on the floor in front of everyone.

My club sandwich was completely cold. Even the bacon looked as though it had been cooked and kept refrigerated until it went on my sandwich. It was as if the sandwich had been pre-made and kept until someone ordered one.Fries were hot and tasty. My dining companion had the shrimp risotto and said she would not order it again. Shrimp tails not removed. Risotto looked mushy. Server was pleasant.

Excellent food, excellent server, loved the atmosphere. Thus is my second time and both visits were outstanding

We were staying at the hotel so we had dinner and breakfast. The food was very good, the service was great. No complaints

Very good firstvisit. Quick service and meal preparation. Both of us had soup to start. Tortilla soup and clam chowder. Main meal was blackened chicken and chicken penne. Price is comparable to other restaurants in Kingston such as Milestones.

A great place to celebrate a family 90th Birthday. Handicap friendly for walkers. The restaurant put the 8 of us in one of their private rooms with great food, service and windows. We brought our own cake, plates were provided at no extra cost.

Overall I love this restaurant in the food is always delicious however there was a dart tournament happening at the hotel and there was lots of traffic throughout the restaurant and it was very loud and it just made the atmosphere less enjoyable
