   Service was excellent. Lots of staff that are very helpful. Food was very quick, but mostly warm not hot. Sweet Donair sauce was very watered down. Atmosphere is good though.

   Booked a team dinner for 9. Showed up right on time....... No hostess. Security pointed us to our table and we sat ourselves. Server came to take drink orders. 3 drinks ordered and they were out of that (Traditional, Rickerds Red, Simply Spiked Lemonade) got drinks. Then ordered appies. Finished appies then dinner came out - appy plates not cleared. Food came out cold like it was sitting for quite some time before it hit our table. Food delivered and no place settings so had to wait another 5 minutes for cutlery then the waitress proceeded to just dump a handful of knives and forks at the end of the table. We basically felt we were interrupting the waitresses' day. Worst service ever had.... and the restaurant was very dead (not a edmonton hockey game - monday night) I have been here before last year with the place packed and lined up out the door to get in during playoffs - Had a good experience then - So i brought my team in from work. Wished we chose a different place. We let immediately after dinner and went else where for drinks for a better experience. Im generous so i tipped 12% but from being out of drinks that were on the menu, to the cold food, to the poor service really should have tipped 0%. Do better. Perhaps they are better with smaller groups.

   The dood was great, and our waitress was awesome. We went before the Nelly concert.

   Great night! Pre-game meal, service was quick and accurate. Ambiance was great with so many hockey fans!

   Great pre game meal at the Great Canadian Icehouse. Good food, cold beer and great service.

   My Poke bowl was excellent. My dining partner loved her Cajun chicken with linguine. Our server was friendly and efficient. The only downside to the restaurant was the noise level and the table we were seated at. The table was jammed into a space that wasn't big enough, we had a bit of a time getting into our seats but once we were seated it was ok. This small problem would not stop me from recommending the Icehouse. Also noted is that they have a really large selection of beer on tap including Murphy's Irish stout from Ireland which I've only seen a couple times in the Edmonton area.

   We were waiting alot for service and the bill to come. Didn't get some cutlery for food.
