   Ordered the Blackened Chicken Burger and the Steak Sandwich. Have had the burger before and was solid but this time it was extremely dry with the coleslaw doing nothing to help with that. Steak sandwich was asked for medium rare and came out medium well. For $30 sandwich and a $23 chicken burger, definitely not worth the price. Atmosphere and staff were great, just a tough night for the kitchen staff

   The waitress was terrified! Never told us we had to pay extra for gravy on our free surf and turf meal we WON ! Kept disappearing and rude

But to hear that you also didn't have a good experience otherwise due to rudeness is absolutely not something we tolerate.    We were a party of 8 with a reservation for 5pm. We were running late so we called and they were able to hold our table for us. The service was great.

   I come to this location quite often. It's self seating in the mid afternoon. I'm not sure if the bartender didn't see us, or was preoccupied with something. Sat for over 10 minutes and I had to go up to the bar to get a menu. Almost everytime afterwards when my drink was empty, I had to either go up, or continuously wave her down. Not the best experience, even though she was extremely friendly when she did tend to us.

   We were a table of 4 Ppl and we all ordered the $49 Steak Night Dinner!! We ordered 3 medium steaks and 1 medium rare steak, what We received was 4 medium steaks!! Two of Us decided not to make a fuss about it and tried to eat Our steaks! My Wife was so taken aback by the copious amount of blood on her plate that she wanted to return said dinner!! Her potatoes and garlic were bathing in blood!! The waitress came back to the table and we let her know the steak was medium and not edible for my Wife, to which the waitress said they had only enough steaks in the back to accommodate for the amount of tickets that were sold for the function!! She said she would take the steak back and have them recook it! I told her that was against AHS Regulations and that the place would need to be thrown out and a new 1 made!! She took the plate and returned a few minutes later with a new steak!! This steak too was cook to medium rare and the plate was full of blood! We called the waitress over again and my wife cut through the steak to show here how rare it was and the waitress gave her apologies!! She took that plate back to the kitchen to have it recooked (according to her) and came back shortly with the same steak and plate!! Now the plate was cold and the blood was thicker on the bottom of the plate! None of Us were able to eat our steaks so we decided to have them boxed up to take home!! I think the kitchen staff is too young and don’t know the difference between medium rare and medium when cooking a steak!! This was our 3rd Steak Dinner Promo for Us with Brewhouse and I am sure it will be the last!!

    Came for a birthday lunch with my friends. I guess they were short staffed or something. Our waitress was nice and made sure we had refills and checked in when she could. Stuff just took a while to get to us. Food was below average. I had spicy chicken sandwich and the buns were so soggy. 2 of My friends had brunch and the waffles were so dry. Restaurant wasn’t really busy at all. So I figured if the food was taking so long it would at least be good. I probably won’t be back to this location
