Sons 18th birthday. Hockey game that night so of course very loud but overall it was a great place to have your first legal drink. Staff were good along with the food. Thank you

Made the mistake of going on Saturday UFA fight night. Party of 6. Unbearably loud. Impossible to have a conversation. Left after 15 minutes of no service. 1st and last time!!

Normally the brewhouse is great but this time I was very disappointed. The main floor was entirely booked when I reserved I had no idea so our party was put in the basement level. It would have been nice to have a call letting me know as I had booked a table of 15. I booked a 5 days in advance so they had ample notice. I may have chose somewhere else because it also meant we couldn’t have access to the games that were on the main level. All the other reservations/walk-ins directed downstairs, but they only had one waitress on for all the tables which was 40+ people. Brooke L our waitress was amazing and tried as hard as she could to serve everyone, but there was just no way she could keep up. I’d say management really let her and all the patrons down not staffing appropriately. At one point even the bartenders were gone. What a let down. We were constantly waiting on drinks (having to ask multiple times as the bartenders, I believe she assumed we deliver the drinks for her as they were occasionally to other tables) and some of the food arrived cold and with no cutlery (it took a while to get cutlery)which we found out later, the waitress had to go upstairs to get it. You would think the stuff that was delivering the food could’ve arranged to ensure that cutlery came with it. And on top of that, we had to listen to announcements and lights that kept happening for the party up above you would think that they had the option to turn the PA system off or on for the different levels of the restaurant. Normally this location is great but not this time. Instead of celebrating my birthday in fun, it was more complaining and waiting on drinks and food.

The waitress who served us for the 5 minutes that we were inside the restaurant was unbelievably rude. At this point all 20 of us were not even there I think it was like 6 or 7 of us. Never going back actually:)

Service was SO slow…took 45 mins to even order our drinks after asking several times. Finally went up to the bar and got some. It wasn’t busy so not sure what the holdup was. Enjoyed the patio area but the poor service on getting food and drinks made me not want to come back unfortunately.

We waited way too long for our food. The boneless wings my niece had were cold. Our nacho platter was half the quantity we usually get, free birthday nachos or not. We have dined here for years and first time we really walked out wishing we’d never spent hard earned money there.

We ordered nachos and drinks right away and the food came quickly. We ordered two and pops. The waters never came. We asked another waitress who was in the area for waters, and hot sauce - she never came back and neither did the order. The busy bartender seemed to be the only one that recognized our drinks were low but we were busy and not all that close to him, so in the span of two hours we only were offered one refill and our drinks sat empty most of the time. If we had wanted to order more food there was no one to take our order and actually follow through on it. We’ve never had such bad customer service here in that two different people could take our drink orders or food requests and then not follow through - especially since it appeared to be quiet. We’ve been there before and enjoyed it, but as far as this experience - is concerned we don’t recommend going mid day during the week. Bartender did the best he could but he was caring for the whole place.

Busy day with free brunch for Mom’s! Sadly the restaurant was under staffed. However that is hard to keep and fill spots right now I know! We got our food before we got our drinks. And our cutlery. They were very busy, maybe a lot of people called in sick that morning.

When I made the reso I was asked if it was for something special - birthday. Upon arrival our table was not already set up and we helped our server with it. Unfortunately we were sat in between the kitchen entrance and the main entrance, would have been nicer to have had the table set up and in a better section. We had a member of our group in a wheelchair. Unfortunately the table level was very high for her compared to those of us sitting in the regular chairs. The food was good but nothing that made any of us say "we need to come back". At the end of our visit the check was presented but there was no mention of our special occasion. Overall the experience was very average and less than our expectations.

We made a reservation for my boyfriend’s birthday. When we got there it took about 10 mins to even get seated. They couldn’t find a place for us so we had to go to the rooftop and only the bar and patio were open for some reason. When we sat down a waitress told us that the wait for food would be long (35+ mins) so we left. There was about a whole row of booths and all the booths upstairs that were open - what would the service be like if they were full? We also heard someone complaining about the food on our way out. Love Canadian Brewhouse - Hate this location!

Went for the Tomahawk steak night and it was great! Quick service and the steaks were cooked fantastic! Will Definitley go to more of the special event nights as well as regular dining.

Waiter was not friendly and seems she didn’t want to be there and took it out on the customers. When you asked for food - it took forever to come. When mentioned anything she disregarded it. It used to me really good but l won’t go again!

They were terribly understaffed. Our server did the very best she could but just couldn't keep up. And while we were there they ran out of limes, donair meet and KETCHUP. The first 2 I can wrap my head around but ketchup? There is a grocery store in the same parking lot. Perhaps a manager could have ran over to get some???

Terrible service. Had to go through 4 different servers just to get a cup of ice and that’s just the start. Had the wrong drinks all night, waited for our waitress constantly, and they were not nice at all.

I had booked a reservation to eat on the patio. It was a gorgeous day. Patio was closed because they told us it would get too cold, ( they have heaters) so we had to sit inside and it was so loud we couldn’t hear anyone to visit. The large nachos was very small with very little cheese. The service was poor and was never offered a refill. Won’t be back

I have been here a few times trying to give it a second chance and nothing has improved.. we go for wings every Wednesday at the Canadian brew house and the township location is the worst by far.. the wings always come out luke warm, sometimes cold.. the boneless taste chewy as if they have been sitting and re heated in the microwave.. I was hoping the food was going to get better over time but sadly it hasn't. I guess thats why its always dead in there! Take note from mahogany guys and get some better cooks!

Requested an accessible table for a wheelchair in our reservation. This location does not have regular height tables. No one phoned us to inform us of this. Also, noise level extremely high. Very difficult to hear the conversation around the table.

Thank you for keeping the music down in the dining area patio. Asked last visit feedback and this visit it was perfect. Really appreciate this as visiting with friends more pleasant. Our meals were great. Beer specials made the cost reasonable Love the patio!

Food was great (crunchy chicken sandwich and brisket grill cheese). We sat at the roof top patio which had a backyard feel to it. It was around 30°c but the patio had water misters running so it was very comfortable. We went at 5pm, right in the middle of shift change, so was a little slow at first but once we had our final server, service was good.

Very poor service- we were there more than 25 minutes before we got anything to drink. Several waitresses but the completely ignored us, finally I flagged one of them down and they told another waitress- it really wasn’t busy. It was very unorganized

Excellent service and quick to have our appys and drinks to us. All six of us enjoyed our meal on the beautiful patio Only complaint was the music was too loud to hear conversations, actually asked 3 times to lower it. Not lowered!! That for us is a deterrant for going back again.

Awful service. It took 1/2 to get our first drinks. 1 hr and 45 mins for waitress to even order 2nd drinks. 2 hrs to get 2nd drinks. Food was not going to be ready for another 1/2 hr. 2.5 hrs to get food from the time we ordered. We didn’t even get the appy’s at least to tie us over. All the tables were not even full. We were first ones there. We had grumpy hungry kids and adults. Ended up leaving without our food and went to Hudson’s and got our food and 2 drinks in 1/2 hr. We noticed new customers eating at their table when we left and they showed up way after us. Not happy with Legacy location. Not sure if we will go to Brewhouse again as it was one of our favorite places to go. Ruined our Father’s Day!!!!
