We love going to the brewhouse. Food is always great as well as the service.

Went there for brunch on Fathers Day. Waited over an hour for our food to come out, service was sub par and when food finally came out some of it wasn’t hot. Chairs were uncomfortable, most of us had our circulation cut off in our legs because the food took so long. Chairs are a little high and some of our feet weren’t touching the ground. Not comfortable at all to sit that long with your legs dangling. We just wanted to eat and get out of there.

Love the Brewhouse, and went for wing night. Need to order them in sets of 10, has a large number of flavours to choose from. Just don't sit under the air conditioner.. cools off our hot wings!

Food was excellent. We were not happy with the way we were greeted. I made reservation day before, however as soon as we entered the hostess told us that there is an even going on and we are not welcomed. I said we had a reservation and she then told us that our time is very limited. Even waiter wanted to bring our food all at once (including appetizer) and as well repeated that we only have 45- 1 hour. Felt very rushed and not welcomed.

This is not our first bad experience at the Brewhouse, we always hope they will improve and are consistently disappointed. We specifically asked not to be put next to the kitchen at the worst table in the house when we made reservations a couple days before our visit, it almost seemed out of spite that was the exact table they sat us at and then made no effort to fix it. They served my husband’s meal 15 minutes after mine so we couldn’t eat together. I ordered a grilled cheese brisket which came cold, the cheese was not melted and bread not grilled but toasted and dry. Their prices are too high for such poor quality. We used to be regulars here and always hope they can get their act together, but after the manager showing absolutely no concern for the poor service and quality, not even discounting our $146.00 bill we have given up hope.

It was loud but a hockey playoff game was on and TV’s / crowd was loud, but that’s to be expected! Lol Service of food could have been better! Drink service was good.

Such a fun night. The service was amazing. Our waitress was fantastic. The manager even handed out a free round of drinks! We will definitely return.
