   We were very happy to finally get to enjoy the patio. We were not able to sit up there once last year and hope it is open much more often this year. The bathrooms One was missing a mirror), no paper towels, patio and cushions were VERY dirty with broken umbrellas which did not look very professional. There were no tv's on the patio for my honey to watch the NHL playoff games which was disappointing. Our server was good but there was some error with the code on our bill which prevented us from scanning it for our points.

   As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry previously, customer service is number one. However, I felt that our server lacked customer service. She looked like she didn’t want to be there. The food could’ve been better. I had the baked potato, and it was pretty bland once you actually get to the potato part.

   Food and service were exceptional but with the hockey games on the volume was so loud you could barely hear eachother when talking

   Bathrooms were a mess, no towels in 3 ladies washrooms, mens had dispenser ripped off the wall. Steak bites were very chewy and not much flavor without the dipping sauce but the salt and pepper ribs were so good, especially the Asian dipping sauce. Our server was lovely. Ailayah

   Terrible service from our waitress, very slow! Drinks were watered down & terrible. Supper took over 3 hours. Food was good, compliments to the chef. Too bad the whole experience was not great!

   Good came really fast but barely warm. I ordered the special, prime rib. Removed more fat than I expected I would need to and the veggies on the side were cold. Not even warm. Cold. Kids liked their food though.

    My grandsons 16 Birthday. Food was great. Service was sporadic. Noise level got increasingly loud.
