Brianna was our waitress. She was fun, engaging and very attentive. Quick to check on us even though it was a very busy night with a full house for the Oilers game.

Overall my experience was pretty good. Service from our server was amazing! I believe her name was Randy-Lyn (or a similar sounding name). She was fun and attentive, never waiting for a refill and quick with the bill and payment. Where CBH falls short is their reservation system and their approach to dealing with guest complaints regarding reservations. Twice now I’ve made a reservation selecting a high-top table, which is an option on Open Table reservation system. And twice now I’ve been sat elsewhere; Once on the patio and once in a booth. And both times I’ve been met with a “it’s first come, first served” response. Both times with many high tops still available. So much for first come, first served… To add insult to injury, at our most recent visit the people ahead of us arrived without a reservation and were immediately sat at a high top. Why offer a selection of seating (standard, high top, bar, patio, etc) if it’s not going to be honoured?

Server was great considering she seemed alone on the top level inside for most of the time. Air conditioning was on full blast too long. Volume on hockey game was way to loud just made everyone shout at each other which was brutal on its own. First beer was flat, got replaced. Ordered nachos, they were overcooked and under portioned. Steak bites were decent. Then we ordered mains and the food was clearly all prepared earlier and staged for fast service but the food quality was horrendous. Server made numerical error with bill when paying and we paid wrong bill in error. She attempted several refund attempts with no luck. Manager came over and came up with solution which worked but when mentioning food quality we received a fairly insincere reply that he would let the kitchen know.

I love going to watch hockey games at the Brewhouse. Energetic environment. I appreciated that management had proper numbers of staff working, ensure our service was great. I really thought we also had an amazing server.

Kyla was an amazing server. Had everything on lock and made sure we had drinks and food whenever. Best service I’ve had in a while.

The staff was awesome. Our waitress was very helpful and was always around to see if we needed anything else. I highly recommend this location. Food was awesome
