Have not been to the Brewhouse for several months due to poor food quality and service. We were pleasantly surprised how well everything was. Good service, pleasant and helpful waitress, closed off area to accommodate 13 people, and improved food quality. The noise level was good as well until 8pm when the volume increased with the music making difficult to talk without raising our voices. We would return.

Servers were polite , but no organization when delivering food and were confused when delivered it and the wings were only just warm . Not hot . Our bill was wrong too , added a pop to the bill

I've been in here a few times in the last two weeks, both during busy times and not, and for whatever reason the service is always EXTREMELY slow. Last night it took 20 minutes to get our drinks, and an hour to get our food.(table of 4). I love their menu, drink and food options, and the price... but the slow service makes me hesitant to return.

Terrible food terrible service so not recommend the special events they can never get it right Steak came out before the appetizers and did not even get a fork for ten minutes after steak came out…. Cold by the time I got a fork and then the appetizers came out lol Not a good experience

We made reservations for Mother’s Day brunch… the food was horrible - there was a limited menu being offered which was ok, we ordered and everything seemed like it was cooked the night prior (waffles and meats) and just quickly reheated or what was prepared that morning was rushed and under or over cooked… the coffee was the worst I have had in years and we were constantly having to remind our waitress for things we needed like condiments, napkins etc etc It was loud and noisy - at 11:00 am… will not be returning.

Understaffed 2 servers for the whole place at 5 pm , we had a reservation of 10 people and had to keep trying to find the waitress. Cleared our table of glasses ourself

We booked a reservation, there was only one host which made a long waiting line just to check in. Then we were sat at our table, and waited for like 15 minutes before we were greeted. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time because we knew exactly what we wanted. Food took almost an hour. The server was too busy talking to another table for like 15 minutes straight while we were waiting for her so we could ask for our bill. We order the steak with veggies and shrimp and mushed potatoes. The shrimp were cold, the steak was hard, the mushed potatoes were good. The music was perfect (not too loud)
