as frequent diners, we were eager to introduce 2 new couples to the cafe. Our evening was wonderful from the lively greeting and service of our waiter to the charming, French cafe atmosphere. You now have two new couples who claim you as among their favorites. And we still love you too!!

We ordered our favorite Affogato for dessert and asked the server if we could have just ice cream and expresso without the alcohol as was offered on the menu and of course the server obliged but we were charged the same price as if we had had the alcoholic version. We ordered two of these. We thought a price adjustment in light of the fact that there was no alcohol would have been taken into consideration on the final bill. It didn't feel right. An uncomfortable ending to an otherwise perfect meal and restaurant experience.

This was our first experience at The Cafe and we can’t say enough good things! Such a lovely atmosphere, our table for two nestled in the corner was exactly what we’d hoped for on our date night. Our server, Savannah, was just wonderful! She was very attentive throughout, and at the end of our meal made the excellent recommendation for the sticky toffee pudding dessert — sooooo delicious!! We will definitely return with family and friends, this place is a gem!

our server went out of his way to accommodate our preferences, as did the bartender making a special pair of martini for me. The salmon special in the tarragon sauce was the best I’ve had in ages my compliments to the chef! I will definitely be back.!

Great food in the most evocative atmosphere I've experienced in a Westerly restaurant. I had cavatelli which the chef customized to my request. Thanks to my waitress for remembering my request even though I only made it once and was drilling her with menu questions. The place is packed with art and old photos, and the brick walls bring back my years in NYC. A wonderful place to take someone special.
