最近はレストランらしいレストランが少なくなってます。また料理をキチンと作るレストランも少なくなってます。そんな中でキチンと料理されるレストランらしいレストランがあるのはうれしい限りです。

全てのサービスが行き渡っていてとても気持ちよく食べれました。シェフも積極的に話かけてもらって楽しかったです。ぜひまた利用したいと思います！

クラブカーニバル4度目。日によって蟹の質にばらつきがあり、本当に酷い!!時もありましたが、１度目を星５とするなら今回は星４。(２度目は星１、３度目が星３)前回まではコーヒー､紅茶もセルフサービスでしたが、今回はお客様が少なかったからかテーブルまで持って来てもらえて、高級感アップでした。お店の方々の対応もとても快く、高速で往復２時間かけて伺う価値ありです。ただパクチーが…。お好きな方もおられますが…。みじん切りにして別に置いておくというわけにはいかないものでしょうか。クラブカーニバルは終わりですが、何か他のそそられるものがありましたら、また伺います。

Grab O' licious All U can eat dinner Buffet is great. Yummy Fresh Grab legs for 5,600 yen. Booking thru hotel website got 300 yen off. Grab leg lover could not miss this buffet.

今シーズン３度目のクラブカーニバル。ノンアルコールのフリードリンクを付けて一人7000円。蟹なら難波の網元に行けば間違いはないが、7000円でお腹いっぱいの蟹は食べられないねとハイアットへ。１度目は満足。２度目は酷いカニだった。仕方なく10数種類の蟹以外の料理とパン、デザートを食べたが、3500円が妥当な金額。 …が、懲りずに３度目。ほとんどお客様のいない19:00頃までは｢今日はいいんじゃない！」と。身も詰まってプリッと臭くないカニが用意されていて満足していたけれど、お客様がかなりいっぱいになった頃から、ダメだこりゃ！蟹以外のお料理については、まあ美味しい。食べられない味で、取ったもののお皿に残すようなことはあまりありません。 (パクチーなどの香草は…) チーズも4種類程あり、自分でカットできるようになっていてちょっと高級感があります。

スイーツはおいしかったです。でもお食事の品数が少なくて物足りませんでした。何食べたらいいのかな？4000円でこれ？って思いました。他のホテルランチと比べてもコスパは微妙かと。時間制限なくゆっくりできるところは良かったです。

ブッフェスタイルですが、非常に質の良いお食事が用意されています。カニがメインの時期ですが、他のお店と違いがはっきりと判る品ばかり、また是非行きたいと思う店です。

先日もお食事をさせていただき、今回で二回目の利用でした。カニを求めて前回も今回も利用させていただきましたが、明らかにカニの質が前回よりも大きく劣っており、幻滅しました。カニという食材の性質上、全く同じクオリティのものを用意するのは難しいとは思いますが、今回は明らかにその域を超える違いでした。 7000円という決して安くはない金額を払う訳ですから、相応のものを用意して頂かなければ満足はしませんし、むしろ裏切られた感さえあります。ハイアットというホテルの看板と金額とコース内容を信じて利用しましたが、がっかりと言わざるを得ません。正直なところ、カニ以外の料理に対して7000円というのは高すぎますし、総じて今回の利用に関しては腹立たしさすら感じました。

蟹ブッフェで、たくさんの蟹を食べさせて頂きました！殻や、お皿ははすぐに下げて頂けたし、サービスもgoodです。蟹以外のお料理も美味しく、お誕生日のケーキまで用意してくださり、とても楽しい時間を過ごす事ができました。
