Ordered the Orzo which had very little Orzo in, mainly just salad. Also ordered the burger which was the driest burger I’ve had. Food took quite a while to come which I’m assuming the burger was cooking all that time. I squeezed the bun as there should be juice in the burger but nothing. I said it wasn’t great when asked but after waiting so long I wasn’t prepared to wait longer to eat so I ate it. The presentation of the food was nice but the quality of the meals does not match with the look and style of the restaurant.

Need more staff it was not full but service took a while, main meal was left for approx 30 mins after we had finished, we got up and went outside, on our way out we ordered desert at the bar as no one came to the table, asked for chocolate ice but got raspberry. I would like to know why we asked for margherita pizza with a little pepperoni on it, why was i charged for 2 pizzas?

Overall a good meal in a pleasant setting with friendly service. The only issue is that the Sunday menu presented to us on arrival was quickly exchanged for a new menu with less options, particularly for the vegetarian diner in our group.

Food was lovely but the service was very very slow. We had to actually go ask to order our deserts after being sat 25 minutes from when we were brought the menus.

Very friendly and excellent service, went because they were recommended ad dog friendly and they couldn’t have been more accommodating! Food was tasty and service was excellent. Venue was excellent and full of interesting items.

I’ve not been to the Cadeby Inn for a while, but I can honestly say I will be returning very soon. The Sunday lunch was excellent and very competitively priced. My partner is Gluten Intolerant, but that wasn’t a problem at all. All dishes were clearly marked and staff answered our questions with knowledge and understanding. The staff were all lovely, very friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend

A real let-down - the service was poor and some of the food was really bad! A friend had fish and chips and the chips were really overdone. I had the Thai green curry - the veg was so overcooked it was complete mush, and the rice wasn’t so much sticky as disintegrated. Service was very slow and a friend who asked for sauce didn’t get it till they’d almost finished their meal. There was no mint sauce to go with the lamb, I had to ask for milk when I ordered a cup of tea, we ordered a bottle of white wine which wasn’t chilled properly and just dumped on the table - we even had to ask for glasses! Leaving a diner to remove a roasting hot lid from a cooking pot wasn’t great either. Even at the start, ordering drinks at the bar wasn’t a good welcome - the bartender acted like we were putting her out. We expected better, it’s a shame to see this place has gone so downhill.

Beautiful pub garden, lovely food, great wine. Unfortunately it seemed the service staff were fed up that we were there.

Liked everything about this pub.. Plenty of staff, service was quick, polite and professional throughout. Loved the Art, decor and furniture giving it a unique feel, and dining chairs really comfortable. We both had a chicken roast.. excellent hearty and tasty food, and super portions. Nothing pretentious just tasty, well cooked produce, and everything tasted as it should. Great selection of wines, which the waitresses had memorised both red and white options, and all staff were very attentive. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning, hopefully it will be sunny next time so we can enjoy the spacious beer garden 😀

Beautiful pub and surrounding but food was bad service was slow and it was not value for money,prawn cocktail thrown on plate with a cheese straw lol presentation rubbish,Sunday dinner veg was barely none 1 carrot not value for money at all,definitely won’t be back what a shame
