Visiting the Cabin Club is always a treat! We celebrated my fiancé's birthday on this last visit. The food was amazing, and we were treated to a little surprise dessert in honor of the birthday celebration.

Took our best friends to the Cabin Club. They are world travelers and both of them said, "It's the best steak I've ever had!" They loved the mac and cheese, too. We love the lobster bisque. Rachel was a wonderful waitress and super server.

Had high hopes the dinner would be quiet and nice, instead was seated at an open table next to noisy group (there was an open booth, Inought to have said something, but why not put a couple in a booth instead of next to 2 younger couples? Service was OK, food very good, large screen TV ruined the ambiance of a pine wood steakhouse.

Excellent service with advice about the menu. The menu was posted outside the front door off Detroit Road. The service was great with a birthday parfait to boot! Steaks were fantastic and recommended! Reservations are a must as this venue is small, romantic WW2 hunting lodge with full bar. Open 4-10 on Saturdays. I am glad I picked this venue for a birthday celebration. Something different.

We had made a reservation and we’re seated immediately. Had a breeze blowing in us and that was taken care of quickly, which we appreciated. My wife had the filet, Oscar-style. She enjoyed it but says the crabmeat (that was part of the Oscar) was not very good. My strip was perfect. We recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.

We have not been here since 2019. And now I know why. The service was good. The waiter harped on the "value of the meal". I will get to this later. Upcharges galore for salads and sides. And the sides are not even shareable. My husband wanted to steak fries. I chose the lobster risotto, which was very dry. The scallops were tasty, but to add one more it was way overpriced. To ONLY get three is NOT a good shareable deal. The steak, ohhhh my!! It was charred on the outside slightly, and pink in the middle, BUT OVERCOOKED. So, my husband got fries, but not steak fries. They were some ore ida looking wanna be fries. The waiter offered to bring another side, like a baked potato, etc.. When we inquired about the mac and cheese, he said there was an upcharge. YOU DID NOT EVEN LET US KNOW UNTIL YOU BROUGHT THE MEAL OUT that the fries were of Burger King quality. YOU should have offered the upgrade for free. He kept pushing other things to drink rather than water. This was our wedding anniversary. WE WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK. We spent over 200 bucks and left there feeling we could have done better at the Road House. The Strip Steak house is where we will stick with. My husband put my engagement ring on my finger here. So much momentum. But the meal we had here yesterday was NOT WORHT THE MONEY. They squeezed everything to save money. Value??? NO!!! More food at the Strip and better quality too. Sorry, but it was so disappointing. Very unhappy with you Cabin Club!!!

My New York strip was seasoned to perfection, vegetables and sides were delicious. Excellent wine list. My only comment would be to offer a little more selection on my menu. Appetizers were just so-so (in terms of selection) and the entrees could use a rack of lamb.

This place checks all the boxes! Classy rustic environment with the best cocktails… to start. We came for my father’s birthday and he doesn’t give compliments unless it’s the real deal. He loved his Manhattan and said this was the BEST pork chop he’s ever had! We all loved our meals!!! Bonus: we had a birthday mousse for dessert and it did NOT disappoint!!!

We absolutely love Cabin Club. The only negative for me is that it is a bit noisy. Just a heads up...they do not list baked potato on the menu as a side. I mentioned to the waitress that I was bummed that they didn't have it anymore. She said that they do, but she has no idea why they don't put on the menu. I was happy!

It is a nice place, but my husbands $50 steak was tough and the sauce that came over my petite filet was too strong and very overpriced. The lobster bisque only had one small piece of lobster in it and should have at least had crab or shrimp in it for $12 a bowl. My shrimp cocktail and lobster tail were good. The warm bread they bring in the beginning and the free dessert for our anniversary were really good . Not sure I will be back.

Went to lunch for my father’s birthday. We all had the trio: Lobster bisque soup, Caesar salad & filet mignon. Everything was excellent! The server brought out a complimentary chocolate mousse for birthday without me having to mention it! It was excellent as well! I alway enjoy coming here along with all the other restaurants owned by this group!

Server apologized and told us that the chef was not happy with the appearance of one of the meals so he insisted on making them both over. They comp'd dessert, we were still in and out in an hour and a half. So was the chef right? Should he have sent it out and risk it coming back? Obviously he has standards. This was our 3rd visit, and each time have been treated as if we are their most valued customers.
