We celebrated my birthday & it was fabulous. The bites were amazing & the cocktails delicious. Loved the atmosphere! It was a tad chilly but we had coats & blankets so it was fine!

What a neat hidden gem in the city! Had a friend in town so (5) of us booked the Cabin on Saturday night. There was only 1 other couple in there when we got there and they were so friendly. Was nice to have it to ourselves too after they left! Easy to book, and no minimum like some other options out there. We waited about 20 minutes to actually be seated in the Cabin but the servers were great and kept us updated and took our orders so the drinks were ready by the time we were taken into the Cabin. My friends LOVED it - so unique and different and just so cozy. Warning - it can get a little chilly but the mulled wine was a great solution to that and delicious!! We didn't get any food but all looked good. Highly recommend.

We had the best time at The Cabin! We weren’t sure what to expect, but it was the perfect setting for a night out with friends. The cozy cabin was perfectly decorated with a real “apres ski” feel, and good music played all night. There was a good drink selection, too. Most of all our server Zach was attentive, helpful, and very funny! We hope to celebrate our Galentine’s evening at The Cabin again next year. Thank you so much for a fun night!

The ambiance is amazing. The cabin is so cute, the outdoor firepits plentiful and warm. We had so much fun. There was a bit of confusion on the reservation, but they gave us glasses of Prosecco while we waited, and the fit in everything we wanted to do. Loved it! We had the cheese fondue and mulled wine, delicious!

The drinks were ridiculously expensive. The room could have looked like a cozy hut, yet the decor was dismal to say the least. The space heater was sufficient if you sat on top of it. A big disappointment.
The server was good, however the rest of the ambiance was definitely lacking.

Reserved the cabin for 10 on a Sunday night. There is no cover charge or anything to reserve the cabin. I believe you have to pay for curling, but none of us did that. We just sat in the cabin, drank, and ate. The waitress that night was awesome - quick service and stopped by just the right amount to check on us. Food and drinks were a bit overpriced but that’s what you get when you’re in a fancy hotel downtown, so it was expected. I would go back, but only for special occasions or get togethers. The hotel seems really cool too.

We were fortunate enough to get the cabin all to ourselves. The concept was great, nothing like a cabin in the skyline of Chicago.

Only had 1 server for entire outside. Took almost 45 mins to get our first drink. Besides that it was a fun and festive atmosphere. Fun for groups.

The cabin is adorable and a great spot for winter. However, we waited awhile to be seated and once seated they told us drinks would take 10-15 minutes because they were really busy. We were having a good time and hadn’t finished eating when our waiter came in and told us we had to leave. We were confused and he explained reservations are for 2 hours. No one told us this when we were seated or at anytime throughout our meal. A manager then came out and told us OpenTable says it’s 2 hours, which it does not. They let the other group of people into the cabin before we even got our check and it was extremely uncomfortable for everyone involved. They did give us a free round of drinks but we pretty much had to beg someone for our check once they moved us inside. We certainly won’t be back. Know if you go you have a time limit and the curling is a separate reservation because the hostess nor anyone who works there will explain that to you until they tell you to leave.

This was a wonderful experience! So quaint and sweet. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that You are not the only group that is in there at a time which I didn't realize and that it's a bit chilly. Because you don't get the sun it can actually be chillier in the cabin than out. Cocktails are delightful and delicious and are on par price-wise with the rest of downtown bars. All in all I would certainly recommend! I would also recommend grabbing a seat at the fire pit if you want to eat off the full menu (DELICIOUS and worth it!) and booking the curling as well. It looks super fun! Bundle up as it gets a little chilly but not near as bad as you'd expect. The is also stunning!

Was not heated well, so it was a bit chilly. Nice concept though.
