Food and service was great. Coming back this Thursday.
Went with a friend and had the BEST service I’ve experienced since Covid. Liz was very knowledgeable about the menu and wine. She was so personable and friendly, never waiting too long before coming by to pour wine or check in on what we need. Steaks were great and the wedge salad is my favorite. If you miss exceptional service, go to The Butchery and ask be sit in Liz’s section.
Quality of food is top notch. A bit pricey but worth it. Bacon wrapped filet was amazing 👌
Amazing service and incredible food
Went for my birthday and it was the best meal I’ve had in a very long time. Highly recommend for any special occasion
Our first time dining here. Liz was amazing! Attentive and personable. Cornbread is great. We’ll be back
Hostesses as rude as I’ve seen. Waiter (Mark) superb! Menu changed so much I didn’t recognize it. So so so noisy couldnt hear table mates. Exorbitant prices. Wine delicious. I’ve eaten there a dozen times, we were so looking forward to a nice birthday evening. Not in the least private, quiet or romantic anymore. Won’t go back unless they change back to the old Butchery. Bar scene has gotten really loud and raunchy, used to be more subdued.
We made a reservation for my birthday and when we arrived we were not welcome and we actually had to wait a few minutes to be seated, during that time we were not acknowledged. When finally the hostess come in she welcome us and direct us to our table, from there the service was good. Our server was good, never ask us if we were celebrating something so they never made something special or a little extra for my bday but the food was great so we'll be back. The restaurant was quiet and we never felt rushed and we visited on a Sunday night just FYI.
Awesome drinks and food!
Would and will return to this place. It is close to our neighborhood, too.
The Buchery is Arvada’s best kept secret to an excellent dining experience.
my steak was perfect and a great place to visit with friends.
Took our daughter for her Birthday! great dinner! would go back
Very beautiful place, great service and great food
Great as ever. Great drinks, great food, friendly staff, our local favorite.
We came to celebrate my son’s 27th birthday. Appetizers took more than 30 minutes, and there was no acknowledgement of his birthday. Food was great as always, but we went to Chick-Fil-A for his birthday dessert.
We always enjoy celebrating our special occasions here. But we said we should go there more often. Always a great experience!
dining with out of town family members
our waitress was amazing - even with only one working hand!!
we would love it if the butchery would bring back breakfast and lunch - we really miss it!
Our steaks were cooked perfectly and we had outstanding service. We will be back again and again!
Amazing service. Great food. Perfect place in town to celebrate as a couple,
All in all was a good experience. Nice place with very friendly staff. Food was very good but missed that extra notch to take it to a higher dining experience. I would recommend though and will go back.
Just another great experience here. Hidden gem.
I wouldn’t recommend this place. We had the truffle chicken which was WAAAAAAAY over cooked, salmon drenched in a sauce and a chewy steak. The best part of our meal were the two raspberries on our dessert.
The steaks were grilled exactly the way we ordered them and were very good. The side dishes were excellent as well.
Very stratified at this place, we went there for our anniversary, the servant was very friendly and nice. The special dessert was very good. We would go back there again.
The food was good, but overpriced for what you got. Sadly, service was VERY lacking. . . I would NOT return, just not worth it and not a good experience. Restaurant like this one get one chance with me. When spending that kind of money. . . if they can't get it right the first time. . . well, that's it.
Sorry guys, it just wasn't a good experience I can't recommend you.
Had drinks and appetizers at the bar and then moved to the main dining area for dinner. Food was good but not to the level that you would expect for the rating and price.
Waitress asked if we wanted bread and did not bring it even though we said yes and even brought it up later in the meal.
May go again for Happy Hour, but probably not for regular dinner.
My husband and I had a great experience!
We both had delicious cocktails that were well worth the price. We got the tallow candle starter, which was absolutely delicious! For dinner, we each got the filet trio, which was a great value.
We will definitely be back.
The food was fine but the restaurant was unprofessional with a wine list with slashes over the bottles that were unavailable. An easy fix would have been a typed list for the day. It took for visits to our table before getting a bottle of wine ordered. Server would disappear for long periods of time before returning and we only ordered the wine and the main meal. Will not return.
Vince, the bartender, was amazing! Food was good, ambiance was good.
Easily the best dining experience I’ve had in my one year of living here. The food was outstanding and the service was exemplary. This is definitely my new favorite spot. I strongly recommend anyone who enjoys good food and friendly staff in an aesthetically pleasing setting to visit this location—and stay for the dessert.
Went for a special occasion on a week night. Not very busy, great service, and food was good. Since it was a special occasion we received a complimentary dessert which was a surprise and good as well.
Exceptional food. Our second visit. The only improvement I could recommend is they could use a deeper reserve wine list. This place is worth your time and money.
Excellent food, service, and ambiance. Can't wait to return!
Convenient neighborhood gem.
Poor experience. Some food not cooked, starter of cheese board wasn’t the best. Crab cake soaking wet and steak undercooked
Always a good choice! Great food, and nice staff!
It could not have been better. We need a quiet table because of hearing problems, and have never been better accommodated. They were willing to move us until we were happy with a table in a quiet area. Andrew, our waiter, was top-notch. He was pleasant, professional, and treated us as special. The food was excellent. My husband said it’s the best steak he’d ever had! Highly recommend The Butchery!
This was the first time since our daughter was born that we were able to have a date night. It started off pretty well. We were greeted appropriately from the hostess (I believe she was either the manager or owner) and we were sat on time. It took probably 15-20 minutes before we were greeted by the waitress, they were busy so it was not idea but acceptable. After we have our drink and appetizer order, it was probably 20 minutes before I drinks came out. We immediately ordered dinner when she brought over the drinks. About another 20 minutes our appetizer finally arrived (about 1 hour to start anything). The dip was already cold but it was still delicious. One problem. We didn’t have silverware. About another 10 minutes we got our silverware. Another 30 minutes went by (9:40pm and it came out cold). I ordered the T-bone steak medium rare and my wife had me the filet trio medium. The butter was completely melted (not the normal ball on top of the steak). With $80+ worth of steak I decided to say something about it. 10 minutes later we were finally eating and the food was amazing. I do not feel that it had to do with the kitchen. The kitchen did their job like normal, but the sever we had was TERRIBLE. I would highly recommend that she gets immediately retrained before you lose more money on steaks.
