The Burgess is a new restaurant located at historic Jeffersonville Golf Club in Norristown.

Our Kitchen, helmed by Norristown native Kyle Edmonds, stresses a balance between comfort and fine dining. Using the backbone of modern bar food with a twist, the food is fresh and exciting. This is not just a space for an after-round drink and snack.

The bar is focused on craft beer and signature cocktails. Seasonal and rotating to keep things fresh for guests and the staff.

The Burgess will be providing a unique experience to the whole community for years to come.

We sat outside because the weather was so nice. The food and drinks were good and the staff was amazing. I had the chicken Waldorf salad and my friend had the crab cakes.

Our Valentine’s Day dinner at The Burgess was outstanding in every way. The food was expertly prepared and full of flavor, the ambience was warm and inviting, and the service was impeccable.

The food was good. We had the hummus platter & cheesesteak egg rolls for our appetizer, loved the fish on the fish & chips platter, the wedge salad was delicious. Beautiful atmosphere already decorated for Christmas! Wait staff was very attentive. We went with friends we had not seen in a while and did not feel rushed as we caught up with each other’s lives. All in all a great night. We will be back!!
