The Burger Bros, Dover is centrally situated in the heart of Market Square with outside seating and a classic New York inspired bar & grill design inside which serves local craft beers and classic / vintage cocktails with a twist.

Have you ever tried 72 day dry aged beef? Well at The Burger Bros this is the standard! Our locally sourced certified beef comes from Sunnyside farm near Ashford and is matured over 3 times longer than typical beef for the single and sole purpose of providing an unparalleled flavour to our burgers and steaks.

Everything at The Burger Bros is made from scratch and in-house becasue we want your burger experience to be a gourmet experience.

As well offering as varied burger menu to suit most palates we also have fried chicken and some great vegetarian/vegan options.

72 day aged steaks are on as specials each day and are gone when they are gone.

The service was fantastic, everyone was polite and attentive. There was a large group in at the same time who were lively which must have been hard to deal with! Thank you for being polite and attentive against that! The mac n cheese with pulled pork was amazing, onion rings were great and the burger was tasty! The fries however are over cooked to the point of being black! A bit pricey compared to other places I have eaten with similar food, I would recommend and go back as have been before and everything was lovely so I’ll put the chips downs as an off day!.

Get together for wife's birthday been planning on going for a while but time and family get in way But as friends said "well worth the wait" brilliant food left alone (no pressure) great cocktails and good selection of beers and cider

Nice place, excellent, friendly service but a bit disappointed with size of burger, it was enough with the fries as well though. The beer I wanted wasn't pouring, but the alternative was also enjoyable. Decent experience, but reasonably pricey for what you can get in this area.

Booked last minute as I wanted the special offer, but it was only valid at deal branch!! Service was good even though they had big party in, waiter made suggestions as he had tried all the burgers. Food was good, thought the portion size could be bit bigger. Thought drinks were bit on expensive side, but I enjoyed what we had.

Food arrived cold and when complained the charming waiter whos service was good took away our meals snd brought it back having been microwaved, still with a bite out of it. would have expected a fresh meal. Starters was macaroni bites wich was nice but too large a portion and pulled pork croquet which was too small and hardly any pork. However we did get 10% off bill. Not enough for me to repeat the experience especially on a sunday afternoon.
