We had a fantastic experience at The Bull's Head in Margate. I requested a table in the corner (we were visiting with a dog) and low and behold, when we arrived we were shown to a lovely table out of the way in a corner - perfect! Kayleigh was a lovely host, very attentive. We eat out a lot and agreed after that both our Sunday roasts (Pork and Beef) were the best we've had in a very long time, possibly ever. Couldn't fault the whole experience and now need to find an excuse to visit Margate and eat here again.

A very lively Sunday lunch time, which we quite liked. We ordered the beef Sunday roast & whilst the gravy, veg & everything else was very tasty the beef was grisly, chewy & pretty much inedible. Nobody checked us during the meal to see if it was OK. The first time we were asked was when paying the bill. Would not go back.

Another outstanding roast dinner (and starters) with great wines, well-prepared cocktails and the lovely Bull’s Head team serving us. Best roast dinner in Margate!

We ordered the panzanella salad as one of our starters, it wasn’t that at all but rather a burrata mozzarella with some dried croutons. One of our mains was the chicken wrapped in Parma ham which was served on a side plate and was so salty that we couldn’t eat it. We waited an hour for our main and our table was right next to where the DJ was setting up, it was now 8pm. The food didn’t match the price and they need to decide if they are a restaurant a pub or a club.

Absolutely delicious food and wonderful service. We went for a Sunday roast and had one pork roast and one beef roast. It was so delicious and felt like the perfect amount of food, definitely did not leave feeling hungry! The staff were also so lovely and the food was very quick. Overall would absolutely recommend

We went to The Bull’s Head in Margate for a Mother’s Day meal, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. You could tell a lot of care went into the preparation, and everything was served fresh and piping hot. The atmosphere was just as impressive. It had a warm, welcoming vibe and felt relaxed, making it the perfect spot for a special occasion. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Overall, it was a brilliant meal in a lovely setting. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and a great atmosphere in Margate!
