   We have dined at The Bull a number of times and have always found the food and service of an excellent standard. We would highly recommend a visit for any type of occasion or just to pop in if you don’t fancy cooking.

   We went on a Sunday, not wanting a Sunday roast. The selection was reasonable outside of the roast meats, with starters very good. The pub is very nicely decorated and a good mix between traditional and gastropub. An enjoyable meal overall, good in all things and excellent service. It was the first time we have been there in over a year and would recommend it.

   Nice pub, very nice atmosphere, food was really tasty. Service was pretty good. Wasn't cheap but not too expensive either. Would definitely return.

   Such a lovely pub/restaurant and it has a lovely big beer garden. Came today for Mother’s Day, 3 of us had the roast lamb which was absolutely lovely. A burger was ordered but unfortunately it was not what was stated on the menu, we sent this back and it was removed off the final bill. 4 of us ordered dessert but this seemed to take some time which I understand can happen when it’s busy, which it was, but notice of it being made or that it wouldnt be long would have been suffice. 2 cheesecakes were ordered but really weren’t pleasant, these were sent back and taken off the bill. We cancelled our sticky toffee puddings as they still hadn’t arrived so I cannot comment on these. The staff were lovely, and they had a lovely man playing his guitar which was nice. Table was set out lovely and it was a nice atmosphere. I am happy to come back to try again, but this is more of a feedback than a complaint as I have been going to this pub for a few years now and wanted to come back even though there are new owners. However, the roast was lovely and the staff were too. The man dealing with the bill was apologetic and dealt with these issues immediately.

   Another lovely meal at The Bull. Sunday lunch - very accommodating- allowing me a children's Sunday lunch as I have a small appetite. It was delicious. Thank you

    Arranged lunch with my sister and mum at the Bull . On arrival first impressions were great , open and spacious while tastefully decorated. Our waiter was very polite and friendly very attentive. Food was Excellent and if you are a fish lover I recommend the baked cod on a bed of spinach with sautee potatoes and topped with hollandaise sauce and capers . Unfortunately no room for pudding . All in all 10 out of 10 .
