                                                                                  Sunday lunch, Excellent service, great food, we had the Roast Lamb and it just melted in the mouth. Potatoes we crunchy and light as roasts should be. Plenty fresh veg and lovely gravy. The dessert was to die for. Chocolate mousse I would highly recommend On Sundays they have live music that just gently plays in the background, which really sets the tone for a lovely afternoon.

                                                                                  Wonderful welcome and table settings looked delightful Good choice on menu Tasty food Liked we didn’t have to ask for water for the table, this was juts given to us. Attentive waiter but sadly as they time went on and the place became busier we had to wait longer as they were waiting tables, clearing up and doing the bar. I had to ask when our deserts were coming as we were due in the theatre and time was getting on Apologetic and took service charge off for us. Would go again though, they probably just needed somewhere else for a few hours on a Saturday evening.

Nothing seemed to be too much trouble & a sense of humour goes a long way. Set to be a regular visitor.

                                                                                  Service was amazing Had to wait a bit for food but it was Fathers Day so expected Starters were amazing and very large portions 5 of us ordered roast, 4 chicken and 1 lamb Lamb was lovely but chicken was really overcooked and dry As they were so busy no one came to see if food was okay When came to clear table could see the issue …. No questions no quibble all 4 roast chickens removed from bill Could not fault service and we will try there again
