Brunch was absolutely delicious. From the starter of yogurt and fruit to the entrees and then cake for dessert, everything was perfectly prepared. The hostess was excellent as she explained about the restaurant while she took us to our table. Wait staff was knowledgeable and attentive. I would love to go back to the Bugler for brunch again.

We were so pleasantly surprise with this restaurant. From the 1st second I walked in the staff was amazing. Sara in the bar to Johnny at our table. Ask for both! Amazing time. Also, the hostess, I do not want to forget them, the best.

Service wasn't up to par. Only offered water with no refills. We were looking forward to dessert until the check showed up and wasn't even offered dessert. For a high end restaurant the food was fancy but not very good.

I didn't know what to expect since this was my first time eating here. I will tell you the truth. This place was amazing! From the greeting to the end of the meal everything was GREAT! We had crab cakes and fried calamari for appetizers, both were outstanding. My wife had the shrimp and grits and loved it. I had the house salad, brandied mushrooms, with the truffle fires. What's crazy is the amount of food you get. I didn't expect that. The service was amazing. Our waitress did her job too well. But man did she make sure we were OK. I advise anyone who's interested in this restaurant you better try it out. Also the view of the track was pretty cool as well.

We ordered a 8oz filet and a 6 oz filet as well as the scallops. The scallops were fabulous. The steaks were tender and cooked to correct color but they must have been adding lighter fluid to the fire or something because the steaks tasted horrible! They had a chemical taste! Nasty tasted! The 6 oz less than the 8oz! Our waitress was awesome! Took care of every need! The drinks were good as well! A bit overpriced but had exceptional service!

The restaurant is very nice and locations is great. Service was good. Food was not good nothing we had was very good. Shrimp cocktails was tiny shrimp and appeared to be frozen. Filet ordered medium was well done. I love the Casino it was great.

The atmosphere was wonderful. Our waitress was well versed on each entree. The shrimp Creole was fantastic as was the chicken Florentine. My only recommendation would be to have the HUGE chicken cut into medallions. The blueberry mule was exceptional!

Outstanding! Pleasantly surprised that a hotel/casino/horse track restaurant in Hot Springs Arkansas would have such an elegant dining experience!! Best filet I have had! My husband had the Sea Bass which was really very good! I can't say enough about the service. Paige, our server was absolutely charming and attentive.

Great food and fun vibe. View of the racetrack is awesome—even when the ponies aren’t running. Cassie was a great server! Food was delicious. The energy level in the room made it feel ok to talk and laugh and enjoy dinner with friends.

My mom and I always enjoy eating here. The food has been exceptional, even more so the last few times we are been in. Outstanding food!! I think the best part overall is the bartender. The drinks that she makes are fantastic. You can describe something that you are wanting that may not specifically be on the menu and she knows just what to make you. On top of that she is so kind and we always enjoy seeing her because we know that we are in for a treat when she takes care of us.

The Professional waiter Chris was spot on, He made sure everything was just as ordered and check on the table very often. The food was amazing and sides that complemented the main dish very well. I will be back and tell others it's a must for a fine dinner in the Springs.

Great food, excellent service. Steaks were tender and flavorful, sides were delicious. Desserts were delightful (we had the vanilla bean cheesecake and the key lime cheesecake). We will definitely return.

Love coming to this restaurant. The service is awesome and we love Heather, Paige, ashley and Lily. They are so professional and always take care of us.
