In April of 2012, Ken Kozminski opened The Buck Burgers and Brew in the space formerly occupied by the Silver Dollar Cafe. The exposed brick and piping combined with dark wooden features and modern lighting make both the bar area and upstairs loft seating a relaxing and cool spot to be at. Guests can also enjoy a meal at Buck Burgers and Brew on the outside deck.With over 26 local Michigan beers and wines to choose from, Buck Burgers and Brew is the ideal spot for happy hour or drinks overlooking the lake. The menu is filled with dishes made from locally sourced meat and produce. The signature freshly made burgers come in unique flavors such as the MacBurger or the Stuffed Mexican. Customers can even build their own burger. For those looking for something other than a burger, the menu also features salads, wraps and appetizers.
