   Food was excellent-had pizza and smash burgers. Server was good just not great at describing the food, making recommendations, stating most popular dishes. Maybe she was fairly new?

   We went for the annual ayce fish and chips. The first round of fish wasn’t cooked the best (greasy and soggy) but the next rounds were. The fries were delicious. Overall, it was a nice night out. Unfortunately, the restaurant is noisy from the acoustics there, I don’t think there’s anything anyone can do to fix that.

   Went for the All-you-can-eat Good Friday Fish & Chips. It was worth it, plus they make their own tarter sauce, which I'm usually not a fan of, but this one I used to dip every thing in.

   The venue is a quiet space inside a conference centre - on a rainy Saturday it was perfect for lunch with friends. We could chat without shouting - increasingly a rarity. Food was quick, filling and excellent. The quality was great - we enjoyed burgers, fries, salads and beef sandwich. Braid beer selection and some nice non-alcoholic options. All in all, a win! We will be back.
