   I came here when I was visiting New York. It's good spot for local beer and a quick bite.

   They're on OpenTable but it's just a neighborhood bar with not very good food.

   I've only ever gone to The Brooklyneer for after work drinks and small plates but decided to try it for lunch. It was very quiet and my friend and I were the only ones in the bar. I can't speak for service when it's crowded but the bartender was really great and friendly. The food was definitely worth it and the cocktails were delicious. Definitely recommend this place for brunch.

   I wanted to try more Brooklyn wines but only ONE is available by the glass. The others are only available by the bottle and I was the only wine drinker in our group. A place called The Brookyneer should offer ALL Brooklyn wines by the glass to encourage more people to try them.

   limited menu so we ordered most of it and it was all great! went for brunch, cool space. need to check it out at night sometime.

   If you're looking for a place that's mainly a bar with food (not a restaurant with a bar) then this is the place for you. I went with the assumption that it was the latter and was disappointed to find that it was basically a bar with seating. The food did not disappoint though...it was really good and the atmosphere definitely reminded me of Brooklyn. Will go back for the tacos and pickles!
