   We were in NYC over Christmas break and we took our kids to see the train show at the botanical gardens, the Bronx Public was nearby and had seating we decided to give it a try. At first I was a little intimidated bringing kids, and I probably would not recommend kids younger than 14 - as the music is extremely loud - and the games on the table which my kids loved (uno & Jenga) have some choice words and phrases etched into the cards and blocks (we have 5 kids, ages 20-9) anyway we decided to make the best of it... and glad we did! The Bronx Public has its own DJ, so the music is interesting and fun, club-like. The food has a great selection we ended up trying all the appetizers and sharing then re-ordering the things we really liked... but honestly nothing was bad... eveything was great! You can not go wrong - food wise... the service was prompt and courteous, very friendly staff! The resturant is kind of small holding about 30 in the dining area and maybe another 40 in the bar... but we didn’t feel crowded or cramped. Plus the prices were extremely reasonable!! To feed 8 people, plus drinks our bill with tax & tip (they included gratuity for a party of 8) was less than $170, which by far was one of the cheapest meals we’ve had as a party of 8 in NYC. We loved it and would be back again, if we ever in the Bronx.

   Our new favorite bar! Stopped in for dinner Friday night for some awesome burgers and we were back Sunday for wings and football! Great place to unwind!

   Excellent food, drinks were delightful, music was perfect, games were fun and service was impeccable!! Great new spot!!

   Great place to eat just outside the vicinity of Fordham University. On street parking with convenient meters nearby.

   Had a great time, the board games where super, I totally recommend you try. Excellent service and good price.

   I went to The Kilt Bar & Grill for brunch last weekend with family. Most of us drank bloody marys (perfectly made) and ate burgers (a simple, no-nonsense classic burger). The prices were excellent, and the service was friendly and attentive.

   The new Kilt is awesome - the Burgers and Wings are delicious! There were six of us, when we arrived we were immediately seated at our table which they had ready and waiting for us. Service was great as were the drinks, great margaritas and local NY draft beers. We shared a couple orders of wings to start which were phenomenal. Everyone was very pleased with their burgers and sandwiches. Music was good and upbeat as well. Definitely recommend this place!

   I have been to several restaurants on Open Table. So far this is my first bad experience I had. The selection is very short, not any variety. Just Burgers, Fried chicken, Grilled Chicken on a bun. But it wasn't the menu that has me upset, it was the service where I was bought my drink (which was Ginger Ale), my friend had to not only wait over 10 minutes, we watched as another table got their drinks with the same waitress. When her drink finally arrived it was a weak tasting martini. Not good. Then when the food came, I asked for Swiss cheese with my order but didn't get it. My friend ordered a Burger and it did not taste fresh, so she did not continue to eat it. We decided to just go after a short time. It was just too many things that didn't go right. Never going back.
