I love the ambiance and outdoor seating at Broadway, and they have an awesome drink menu if you want to have a cocktail or beer, but their food is totally overpriced and really just not that good. I've been a few times and have felt this every time. Last night I ordered a $20 Caesar salad that could have been a side, it was small, with old, wilted lettuce, mushy croutons, and little-to-no dressing. Probably won't be going there for food anymore.
Our waitress was fantastic. Recommended drinks and was very attentive.
Celebrating my bday, great service!
Awesome atmosphere and a very trendy spot for brunch :)
We came for brunch to find out they weren't even serving brunch that day, with no explanation. There was a really smoky or fishy smell in the place as well. The service was terrible. Our waitress came over once. They literally have branded water carafes, and we still had to ask if we could have a couple of waters.
We loved our dining experience at The Broadway; the food and drink tower we got were SO good. The ambiance of this place was also very happy and nice.
Chicken was raw/undercooked. I ate some and my stomach has been hurting since.... photos will tell you better than I can. I have a video but it doesn’t allow me to upload it.
Very cool restaurant and atmosphere. Nice staff. Food was terrible.
The service was fair but had to wait several times for a refill. Good taste was not all that great in my opinion.
boyfriend took me out to a nice brunch to celebrate a work accomplishment
Grabbed early dinner and drinks with friends. Great food and drinks!
Great outdoor seating once again! Just wish there were more shade barriers..
We were looking for a place to eat in south Boston, from Wisconsin on vacation! Didn’t realize every restaurant would be booked/reserved by 4pm. This place had some tables left..so glad! Loved the food and it was a cool atmosphere!
Gab Wilkinson and the hostesses are the sweetest people to connect with and be served by.
The Broadway is fun and energetic. We visiting during a Bruins playoff game so it was really busy. Our waitress didn't seem to want to be there and had very low energy, but we attributed that to the first big weekend fully opened after the pandemic. The food was great! Highly recommend the pizza!
Food was top notch. Drinks got be drunk. Great vibes. Great people. 10/10 time.
This is a place I usually go to for drinks, I went for a pre dinner apps and $1 oysters and it was all amazing!
Love this southie bar. Great drinks and great food. Love the indoor dining space. We sat at the bar and it was great.
Two of out of 4 glasses were cracked and chipped. Insanely loud inside. Too many intoxicated persons for a two dinner experience.
Super fun lively brunch
Always a 10 outa 10. Food, atmosphere, people, servers are always good.
Quick service, great drinks, food was ok. Not pricey. I had the fried chicken and biscuit. Could've been better. My husband had the rib melt... Also just ok. The calamari and mozzarella sticks were very good. The ambiance was nice. Good music. Clean bathrooms. Definitely going back to try other things on the menu. The only downside to this whole experience... The entree selections are very limited
Good food and great service. We had a new waiter so he did not no everything but was helpful as much as possible.
Great all around, especially the server
The food was yummy! Drinks delish. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly aside from our actual waitress. She seemed bothered to be at work on Mother’s Day and it showed even thru the mask. We still enjoyed overall, just a bummer when customer service is not up to par
Great time! 🙃
Fishy fishy calamari
Hahaha it was awesome!!
Went to the Broadway on a sunday for a small celebration. We got a margarita tower for 5 of us, which was well worth it, as we each had 3 margs. I ordered the poke bowl which was a generous portion, including a ton of fish and basically an entire avocado lol. However, one of my friends got the spring harvest bowl which was easily half the size of my meal and not worth the price.
There was inconsistency in serving sizes across our entrees unfortunately. However, the place has decent food and an energetic atmosphere. It's definitely great for drinks and a party vibe, but if what you're looking for is high quality and high value in your meal, you may want to search elsewhere.
Additionally, our server was not that attentive and we found ourselves waiting a long time for many simple asks (e.g., more water).
Usually a huge fan of this place but unfortunately we had a race issue with one of Broadways staff
Food was great, had a server that was very new, menu was confusing....
Ate at the Broadway for breakfast. The BW breakfast was good (eggs, bacon, potatoes). The English muffin wasn't toasted/grilled. Make sure you specify. The service was pretty good, although the server's gravitate towards the tables ordering alcohol (since it is brunch) so our server didn't ask if we needed refills on our coffees or water. Definitely a good option for brunch.
Food and drinks were amazing! However, it was super loud and wait staff seemed annoyed most of the time we were there. Maybe this is due to covid restrictions and policies and people not following etc.
Food was great, service was below average -- made us feel as though we were a bother to her when we asked simple questions like can we order now.
I was so excited to try this restaurant out for brunch and was very disappointed when I had a very rude waitress. She was not friendly at all and stone cold to my friend and I to the point we felt uncomfortable. Sadly it was enough to deter me from ever going back, so disappointed
Great service, sat at the bar
Loved the espresso martinis, pizza, and our waitress Bailey!!! Such a fun place, and great people
Service was absolutely terrible. Like i never write reviews but this place was AWFUL. I called to ask if I could drop off a cake in advance and they said absolutely. Dropped it off at 2pm reservation was at 700, and they never brought it out even tho i reminded them. By 830 we had to leave bc of the time limit but they never brought out the cake which was supposed to be a surprise for the bday girl. Server walked by us 10 times without asking if we needed anything when she knew it was her 21st BIRTHDAY. OH AND we dropped off a cake cutter and candles with the cake which they did not give back to us.
Drinks need to be improved
