Great service. Food is really good and the pretty in pink cocktail is amazing!
The brunch menu is excellent - we enjoyed our espresso martinis (on tap), stuffed croissant and french toast sticks. Lots of booth seating, and good energy! Service was great - everything is made in house!
Just fine. Not great.
Sunday fun day
Got seated right away, really great waitress. It was hard deciding on what to get because everything looks so good. Favorite was the mac & cheese scrambled egg pizza
I would only recommend eating here if you want to watch a sporting event and not talk your friends. This restaurant is not for anyone who expects to enjoy a quite meal and conversation. Way too loud!Overall, the food was good for what you would expect at a sports bar. We were timely seated via our Open Table reservation and at first our waiter was engaging. After ordering our drinks and main meal, we never saw him again until we were practically done with our dinner. He was very pleasant and informed, but it just seemed that there was not enough wait staff to handle the restaurant on a Saturday night.
Our main entrees were tasteless and mine had missing ingredients. Extremely overpriced.
The staff was so lovely. Went with two girlfriends to catch up and we stayed and chatted and took our time ordering and we were never rushed and the waitress was helpful. The food was amazing :) can’t wait to go back for brunch!
The Broadway was amazing! The food was delicious, the service was great and the drinks fantastic!
We had to leave because the music was so outrageously loud we couldn’t hear anything and couldn’t even talk to my parents at dinner. The waiter was not surprised at all with our choice to go somewhere else nearby so we could actually enjoy each other’s company and not have a pounding headache from sitting at dinner. I will never suggest anyone ever go here if they are looking to have any form of conversation at dinner. Such a bummer!
Loud with people crowding around dining area
The Broadway is really loud. Don't go if you are looking to have an intimate conversation. Go if you would like to watch sports and enjoy some good food / drinks. I was pleasantly surprised by my salad. I ordered the kale and quinoa salad with grilled salmon, and the salmon was perfectly cooked / a large piece, and the salad was large as well. Overall, everyone enjoyed their food, but we didn't stay after dinner due to the noise level.
Went for brunch on new years, hot coffee was lukewarm and tasted burnt. I got the breakfast skillet and the monkey bread. Breakfast skillet was bland, sausage tasted like a dry burger, no flavor. Monkey bread was dry and burnt. Completely not worth the money. Multiple other items on the menu are also tasteless. Music was way too loud, screaming to talk to others across the table.
Brunch was great, not too busy or loud. The Buffalo Cauliflower is a must have if you go there. The Blody Mary was good but the "Inferno" was not spicy at all so they could definitely jack up the heat if they are going to call something Inferno.
Overall great experience for Sunday brunch.
I love Emma she is great
A little loud....but great food offerings. Different with lots of choices.
This was my 2nd time at the Broadway. I had been before for a home buyers seminar. This time I met up friends from Chicago. Our reservation for 4 was ready and the hostess was happy to make arrangements for the fifth person that came along. The service was fast and attentive the food was prompt warm and delicious and we were not rushed to leave when we were done. The price was what we expected. Our only was concern was the noise level made conversation difficult, but what can you expect from a pub on a Sunday afternoon after a Patriots game. I will definitely go back
Great food great ambiance great service!
Food and drinks were presented in an appealing manner and tasted pretty good. The atmosphere was fun but it was very loud and crowded. We went for a 2 year anniversary and could barely hear each other. However, our waitress was lovely.
Food and service was great. A large party was s lit up when there was a table that we could have sat at that was never occupied the entire time we were there
The food was excellent, the staff was amazing. Our only issue was that we were in the back (not a bad thing) but we couldn't see the menu because it was so dark. We had to use our phone flashlight to see. Which was funny. THEN, if we didn't already feel too old, it was so loud- we couldn't hear anything. But- that's just the kind of place the Broadway is. I know it's our issue- not theirs. Now get off my lawn.
The Broadway is the loudest restaurant I have ever experienced. Never before do I recall leaving a meal with my ears ringing as if I’d attended a concert. The food was adequate but not enough to offset the noise. With a large crowd, concrete floors, brick walls, and a concrete ceiling the large space is an echo-chamber. I’d encourage the owners to consider some inexpensive design changes that could greatly improve on the dining experience.
Service was slow. Food and drinks were good.
It’s a loud place so not great for having detailed conversations but really fun to watch a game or get dinner in a big group
Great ambience and service but food is pretty sub par, very heavy
Our server was quick and really nice. We didn’t have to wait for food or drinks.
The food and service were good. This was my second time there.... the music is very (unnecessarily) loud. This time was a little better as we sat in the back portion of the restaurant but even while walking through the front the music just blares. It’s hard to have a conversation without yelling to each other.
Best burger in Southie! Cool vibe all around.
Food was good. Fun environment. Loud
Great server, limited entree options but good quality food
Helpful server, great environment especially for watching a sporting event, great food and amazing sangria for 4+ people
Amazing atmosphere. Super trendy and fun place for dinner/drinks
The best lamb burger I've ever had. Ordered from the weekly chefs menu and had the lamb burger, it was without a doubt the best burger I've ever had. I sincerely hope they keep this as a regular item on the menu.
I love the Broadway! The staff is always great and attentive. I love the bucket of bubbles and the Caesar pizza!
Love the service, food and vibe. There was alot of space and room to move around. I loved the food and drinks were amazing! I wanted to try everything on the menu. The only thing was the music was very loud which I understand since it was a day of a basketball game but I would like to see what it is like when it is not so busy. Our server was amazing and super sweet as well. I will be for sure going back :)
Amazing but very loud
We made a reservation for 12, they only really had a table that fit 10. Our dinner came out cold but the apps came out hot. Good drinks. Very loud.
MY FIRST VISIT AND FOOD AND SERVICE WERE GOOD BUT THE NOISE LEVEL WAS WAY TOO LOUD. WE WERE GETTING TOGETHER WITH FRIENDS THAT WE HADN'T SEEN IN A WHILE AND HAD TO SPEAK LOUDLY TO BE HEARD. MAYBE THIS IS MORE OF A BAR SEAT TYPE OF PLACE.
Music too loud to have conversation on Mother’s Day. I get later at night the volume but 5pm for conversation in a great space and with great food didn’t happen. Lower the volume early hours and I would definitely come back.
