   OpenTable we're completely unconcerned that booking cancelled by company before company later went bust No interest in helping with booking or getting deposit back - as far as they were concerned, they'd had their money and had zero interest in any form of customer service. Would definitely recommend avoiding OpenTable

   Restaurant closed and open table would not refund my deposit or let me cancel the booking. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS RESTAURANT

   Booked this way back in March only to find out that the restaurant had closed down 2 days before we were due to go ! This was by pure luck too as we went online to find out exactly where in the trafford centre it was ! Absolutely disgusting I’d received no information regarding this by either the Broadway diner or Open table where I’d made my reservation and to make matters worse I’ll lose my £20 deposit ! Certainly won’t be bothering with this company again! 😡😡😡

   We never got to experience broadway dinner as its closed.. and we didn't even get our £20 deposit back Poor service to say the least

   Our experience didn't happen as the have gone into liquidation and failed to contact any customers who had pre-booked, despite several failed attempts in reaching out to them. Shocking way to treat people!

   I booked this in March to celebrate my birthday. The company folded and I lost my £15 deposit, I could not speak to anyone about it. Very, very disappointed - no event!!!!Q!

   Terrible company. I turned up to the venue to find it closed. It was my daughter’s birthday and I did not receive any communication to say the venue was closing down. I have since emailed the company to ask for a refund for the tickets I purchased with no response. I had a very disappointed daughter.

   This restaurant is closed down. Open Table took a deposit on behalf of them and I was failed to be informed of its closure. Now I am out of pocket, open table will not claim any responsibility and I can’t get in touch with this restaurant. Terrible service from both parties.

    Restaurant is shut, turned up to a permanently Closed restaurant. Open table took ££ deposit, didn’t contact me to inform me that the restaurant was closed
