The Bristol is an American restaurant located in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood. The Bristol has become a staple for Chicago’s local dining crowd, off-duty chefs, and visiting gastronomes looking for a great dinner or weekend brunch. The menu features handmade pasta, farm-fresh produce and a nose-to-tail approach to cooking, thoughtfully crafted by Chef Todd Stein.

Beverages include signature cocktails, a wine list featuring over two hundred producers, and beers from local breweries and around the world.

lovely duck and duck fries, generous serving of greens (collards) with the duck; great cocktail; appreciated that the waiter let us split a glass of (nice) pinot. Not our first visit and we'll be back

We were seated on main level. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We brought our 6 month old along and the staff had high chair ready and helped us to our seats.

The food was fast and flavorful. We would definitely go back.

Recommend the duck confit it was excellent. We shared several things at the table. Other favorites included the striped bass the mushroom risotto and the duck fat fries were killer!!

I'd been to The Bristol multiple times before and was happy to go back for Valentine's Day. Luckily some tables opened up on Tuesday and they didn't have a prix fixe which we both were happy about. We had a few items from the special menu and a few classics (and the basque cake) and everything was served quickly and explained by the person that brought it out to us. We never waited for drinks or water refills. While it was busy there the tables weren't so close together so we could converse freely. The Bristol has been consistently good and I'd be happy to go back for another meal.

We had the best experience at The Bristol on Valentine’s Day! The food was delicious, especially the pasta.
The ambiance and service were both spectacular.
The entire experience exceeded all of our expectations and we will be back!

Met some friends for brunch. The selection of menu items was great and we all enjoyed the meal, especially the basque cake and the pork hash. Our server was great but unfortunately we were seated in the upstairs area where the larger groups and the young children were also seated. I didn't even know thus was an option as I had always been seated in the main room on the ground floor.

The food here is always great, terrific brunch menu, but dinner is also terrific, lots of seasonal well prepared dishes. Service is excellent, from the bussers to the bartenders to the servers and manager, everyone is friendly and attentive to every need or want. I don’t live in the neighborhood but always feel welcomed as if I do.

My friends were visiting from out of town and we decided to try The Bristol's Restaurant Week menu. We loved the food, especially the burger and the basque cake. The drinks were also excellent. Highly recommended!
