The service is really friendly and attentive (thank you Javier). The salads were pretty good. A piece of bread aside would have been nice. The platters to share looked delicious. We might come back to try them.

The atmosphere was great! The mussels were amazing, but the bruschetta was disappointing. The duck leg was moist and delicious, however the duck breast was over cooked and dry.

The food was absolutely incredible! The baked brie for an appetizer was delicious. I had the classic pork chop, which is a signature dish and it was delicious. We also had the arctic char, & half chicken. Also, the brussels sprouts are great dish to add to your meal to share!

What a treat last night was, simple yet flavourful is the best way to describe the night. From the textures of the rooms setting to the food which lay upon our tongues from the cocktails to entrees. So happy to have made a reservation.

Just wasn’t impressed with the food. I had the beer can chicken and the mashed potatoes and gravy were so runny. Like slop, it was like a soup consistency with chicken thrown on top.

Love that the vibe of this place is somewhere between up-scale and casual. The cocktails were unique and completely delicious! The polenta bites for appetizer were perfect. My partner had the bone-in pork, which was fantastic. Probably some of the best pork we’ve ever had. I had the duck duo, which I was slightly disappointed by, especially after tasting how flavourful the pork was. Felt like the level of seasonal and flavour was not consistent between the pork and the duck. Our server was friendly, but not as attentive as I would have liked. They passed us multiple times while we had empty glasses and plates, without checking in with us. We probably would have ordered more drinks etc. if they had been more attentive. But by the time they actually came to the table we had waited too long and changed our minds. Overall a good experience and decent price point for a nice dinner in Whistler.

We have been coming to whistler for years. This was our first time at Brickworks. We couldn’t get a reservation anywhere else and boy are we glad we got to try this restaurant. It might be a new staple for us. The happy hour is amazing, we caught the end of it and ordered off both the HH and regular menu. Food was delicious!!! My husband loves gin and this was like heaven for him since they had an extensive selection. Will absolutely be back again. There was no kids menu but my picky eaters still ate dinner.

So loud that conversation was impossible. The waiter was very attentive and helpful. The menu was very limited but the quality of the items and the skill in preparation was evident. Everyone enjoyed the food but wouldn’t return due to the noise level. When every table is full maybe not turn up the music so loud?

Went to this restaurant and had the best service & drink experience. They are known for their variety of gin & pairing with the best tonics. It was wonderful from the beet hummus, polenta bites & bruschetta to the pork loin & arctic char. Excellent Caesar as well. This would be a top choice for our next visit to Whistler!
