Brunch Menu was wonderful.
Love this place. Unique food. Always had the meals for 2. Pig was amazing both times. Good beer also.
Service was really slow this time but last time was great so that is the only thing they need to work on.
It’s my 6th time to Brewers Table and I still love everything about it. A creative fresh menu with original and fantastic tasting beer. I alternate between the suds and the chilled Syrah, perfect for lunch. The aesthetics are so cozy, modern and clean. I feel good eating there. Most of all, the service is what always brings me back instead of trying the next eatery on my list. They even remember my favorite table! Oh, and the mini ice cream cones! Yummm.
Great beer! Great food! Great service! Can’t ask for much more.
Went for a date night and did a shareable feast (pork) which was delicious! They sadly had to 86 ribs before we were able to order but they replaced them with an amazing cut of steak - cooked to perfection without even asking for a temp. I splurged and order the swordfish belly lardo to start - GET IT. So fresh, light, tart, sweet, savory - just great. Each bite was better than the last. I'll be ordering two next time I go and NOT sharing! Great beer selection, interesting cocktails and decent wine list. We will be back and will be bringing friends so we get the credit for knowing the greatest spots in Austin!
Great spot to hang out for brunch or happy hour. Friendly service, good food and drinks. I've been 3 times now and it has been consistent. Love the interior design and the outdoor space is nice too, just more casual. Indoors for date night, outdoors for fall HH.
Incredible and best meal we've had in Austin. It was perfect from the ambiance to the service to the food, we were blown away.
Nice concept and love the space. The portions are small. We had appetizers. Of the stuff we had, the bread was the best. They were ok, but not good enough to justify dinner. We left and had dinner elsewhere.
Great service, friendly staff and beautiful atmosphere. Extremely sub-par food.
excellent on all levels - creative cuisine, knowledgeable top-notch service, and beautiful atmosphere
Not one of my better experiences eating at Open Table restaurants, and we go to a lot of them.
Loved it! The waitress was awesome and the recommendations were great too. The food was just yummmm
You really have to have the tiny ice cream cone! This blew me away.
Best overall dining experience. Food was incredible and the beer flavors were true to their descriptions.
Great food & atmosphere, great curated wine selection, very nice and knowledgeable staff, we loved it!
Enjoyed the ambiance, country music (maybe a bit loud at times); service, and plenty of parking. The bithday ice cream cone was a nice treat.
It’s my third time eating here, my new go-to spot. Healthy choices, attentive staff and beautiful surroundings. This day was hot, I was running late and the chilled glass of Syrah was perfect!!
the 75$ whole fish was excellent, but really too small, even considering the nicely done sides, when compared to other restaurants in austin eg launderette, uchi this place did not offer the value. Please at-least choose a fish large enough for two.
Delicious as always. Service was fantastic.
Lunch is amazing!! Everything was beautifully and delicious! Highly recommend the charcuterie board. Pastrami brisket mind blowing! Can't wait to try the brunch!!
The beers they make were pretty good, love that chamomile beer. They did a good job with the design. The food was good at times, and just so-so other times. I appreciate the effort that went into the food but some of the dishes were blah. The swordfish belly was a lovely plate but was so fishy; I understand I'm eating fish and there is bound to be some element of fish flavor to it but this was way too much. The ceviche was awesome. The rabbit was good. The carnitas was just ok, really nothing to get excited about. the brioche desert looked pretty cool but there wasn't really much of a spectrum of flavors there.
I understand this is brewers table but it would be nice if the wine list was a little more extensive and creative, while I love beer I can only drink so much.
The cocktails we tried were all good and I appreciate that they have Sotol on the menu, it was excellent. I really wish we were able to have some of the cocktails poured with better spirits from the spirits list, apparently they're all pre-made and this is not possible.
I might try this restaurant again but I'll definitely explore other options first.
Went here for the first time and I expected more after hearing all of the reviews. The server was incredibly informative and helpful. The finish out is beautiful. But the food was lacking. The carnitas were over cooked and the kingfish has a crust on it that was tough and hard to cut through. The drinks also took 20 minutes which is unusual for two standard drinks. With so many options in Austin, and at this price point, you have to be better.
I went to The Brewers Table for Sunday brunch with friends. They were visiting from San Antonio and were so happy with th recommendation. The ambiance, the decor, & the food were all 5 star. We enjoyed 6 different meals between the 8 of us and 10 out of 10, we would all reorder. Definitely add a brunch visit to your must-do’s!
Absolutely phenomenal food - the quality of produce was outstanding, the flavors unique and the selection was varied. Will go back in a heartbeat!
Creative is the best word to describe all aspects of the menu, beer and cocktails, and ambiance. Attentive also comes to mind with how thoughtful this restaurant/brewery has been put together from each individual dish to describing one of the brews. We tried a variety of dishes and beers with each one presenting a unique flavor that challenged (awakened) the taste buds in a fun way. Specific dishes to note are the snacks for the table, chicken paprikash, venison tartare, saison baba cake, and chocolate mousse. I would recommend the common lager, vor ort, and the nightshade beer with distinct notes of basil and tomatoe. There is also a long list of other local beers, wines, and cocktails to choose from. Great experience and cannot wait to return.
Headed to The Brewer's Table after reading about it in a Delta on flight magazine. The concept was great.... with innovative flavors and creative craft brews; all centered around seasonal, fresh produce, it was sure to delight. Being a fan of that concept; I put this on my must eat list. The atmosphere is stark and warm all at the same time. The service is wonderful, but can be disruptive. The server was constantly adjusting place settings and asking how things were. Everyone was very polite, but over bearing at times. The food was wonderful. Flavors were creative, fresh, and light with a borderline pretentiousness that is commonly found in Austin eatablishmebts. I highly recommend the snack for the table and the pork ribs. The flavors were great and perfect for sharing. The house beer brews we're the highlight of the experience. I settled on the Made in the Nightshade; which is delightful lager flavored with green tomatoes, citrus and basil. This place will stay in my seasonal rotation; mostly out of curiosity as to what the chef will create with seasonal offerings.
one of my favorite restauranrts in austin, wildly inventive synergy between beer and cuisine, their food and beers are nuanced and delicious, beautiful design, genuine, good, people and excellent service, highly recommended for lunch, happy hour, dinner, brunch
The building and space is very cool. The food is a bit overpriced for the quality of food.
This was my second trip to The Brewer's Table and a thoroughly enjoyed both trips. The menu is very adventurous. For the most part, the food is really outstanding. The highs were really high; 3 of the 4 ways the pork feast was prepared were great, one overly salted and a little undercooked. Service was amiable, but a bit inattentive when the place got busy. Beer and bar offerings great. Ambiance makes it a fun environment. Outdoor area will be great when (if) it cools down.
Overall, The Brewer's Table is a unique dining experience -- worth going back to and recommending to others.
SO AMAZING. The house beers are world-class and the veggie sando is one of the best in town (served at lunch only...). No lie.
Great food with unusual flavors using local and seasonal ingredients. Great desserts and lots of beers to try.
Great place with a very diverse and fun menu. Beer and wine selection is excellent. Great service. Really beautiful space too!
A great time was had! Our server Gina was very knowledgeable and service was paced perfectly. We had a few items to start and finished with a feast...perfect amount of food! We usually skip dessert, glad we didn’t, the corn custard was outstanding, it was just sweet enough, but not too sweet, which is my biggest problem with desserts in general. Really the staff just nailed it! Good job y’all! Oh, and Drew is brewing some amazing stuff!
Celebrated our sons’s birthday with a small group. Excellent beers, friendly and helpful waitstaff, and the food was amazing. Especially creative veggie dishes. Will definitely return.
Wonderful! Is a must Experience! Looking forward to visiting again!
One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time, the beer ingredients mixed in with the food was exceptional!
Food is really innovative and well prepared. Perfectly sized portions. Top notch service. Easy parking!
The food was impressive but the service was poor. Throughout the meal, our server managed to be both under- and over-attentive. At the beginning, we felt rushed to place orders for food, apps and entres. After our food began to arrive, the server was slow to clear empty dishes and glasses. On top of that, the server forgot to put in one of the food orders from our party of 4, so we had 3 meals come out together and had to wait several minutes for the 4th meal to arrive. The restaurant comped the 4th meal which was appreciated but it made for a poor dining experience nonetheless. Also, the restaurant didn't have any non-dairy alternatives to milk/creamer for coffee for one of our lactose intolerant party members (not the biggest deal but you'd expect a restaurant of this caliber to have some alternatives available during brunch).
We've been to TBT multiple times and met friends on a double date who had not been before. Drew's brews were excellent and we shared half a dozen dishes and dessert. All the food was delicious and each dish unique. Had the hearth bread, swordfish belly, venison tartar, pork ribs, rabbit carnitas, snacks for the table, ice cream, and custard. Would highly recommend them all. Great evening all around!
Really cool atmosphere, food was really good (some dishes better than others).
Highlights were the rabbit tacos with mole, bread, great drinks, dessert mini ice cream cone (perfect end to meal)
