My star rating may be confusing. I gave everything 5 stars except for the Overall. The reason for that is Open Table or Hamburg Gaming, I don't know which, handled my reservations very poorly. According to Hamburg Gaming this Octoberfest was FREE by invitation only through a post card in the mail. My reservation through Open Table was not free and I understood that. I was more than willing to pay for me and my guest. When it came time to check in, Hamburg Gaming stated I needed a special "ticket". I was then sent to the Players' Rewards desk. Players Rewards said I had to go to the dining area. Here we go. Back and forth back and forth. Two managers, 30 minutes and a great deal of frustration later it was decided my guest and I would be comped for our meal. For that I am immensely grateful. As far as Open Table is concerned.....not so much. I honestly don't know where the confusion was. I had a reservation and a reservation number. Still confusion. Bottom line. Don't make reservations for Hamburg Gaming food events through Open Table.

The room was extremely hot and noisey and crowded. Rice was dried out and terrible. The seafoord was good. Total absence of any type of presentation of food or atmosphere. Not impressed with event. Was told drinks at bar as room too full and could eat by stage. At the bar orderered sweet red wine for myself and then was told coupon not good - was only good for "house" offerings. Would have been nice to know that. Paid for drink. Nice try but fell sort of the hype it was given. Staff at food line and room very nice. Bartender not as nice - professional but too harried to exchange any sort of pleasentry.

No - A/C not much of a meal; limited drink option. Hurried out.

It was great for Seafood Boil. would like to see similar events more often. Needed larger plates.

oppressively hot not enough tables we had to carry food a long distance had to stand in line a long time
