   Service was awful. We were seated 15 minutes before even being asked for a drink order. Another 15 went by before we could order food. Our food all came at different times. My pancakes were tough, and I found a hair in it. My friend's sandwich was wrong. I would avoid.

   When you have a waitress as a bartender, their service to customers at tables lacks attentiveness and customer service. The busgirl was more attentive to our needs than the waitress. Also the automatic gratuity for any party less than 6 isn’t fair as a customer because the waitress gets an automatic tip percentage regardless of the service you receive.

   This was our first experience at the Breakfast Club. The hostess was accommodating with the selection of seating. The ambiance was nice, but too loud. The food was good, and the server could have been a little more attentive. Additionally, I did not like the 18% service charge that was already included into the bill. I believe that the servers should work for the tip, through their service to the customer, verses already having a guaranteed tip included. It takes away from their motivation to provide great service, which also impacts in a customer's will to tip even more than the 18%.

   This is a nice place. Atmosphere was nice, servers were friendly and the food was tasty. It took a minute for our food to arrive and it wasn't very crowded. That was my only complaint.

   The food was delicious. Each of enjoyed our meals (I.e seafood omelet, chicken and French toast and the steak and eggs). The drawback was that our server was just okay. We often had to ask other staff for items we needed. They also charge a 3% charge for using a debit/credit card versus to cash. So if you do not plan on paying with cash just know that the prices listed on the menu will have an upcharge. M
