This was our second trip. Let me say that our wait Person, Christian, was top notch. Unfortunately the same could not be said about the food. The food was okay, but considering the price, it should have been better. We also thought the prices were too high on the drinks. They were served in little glasses. Come on guys: Rum Punch should be served in a big glass. The Rum bar is really cute, music is nice, people very friendly and helpful.

Christian was one of the best servers I've had, ever! We had a rowdy work group and she was exceptional. Food was amazing- I could live on the spicy shrimp!

Paid approximately $73 dollars for two meals not including the tip. Ordered an appetizer, two house drinks, and two entrees. For what I received I would equate it to a $50 value at best. Very disappointed.

Drinks were outstanding. Grazed on appetizers: scallops and the ceviche were excellent - almost ordered another round of the scallops. Shrimp and johnny cakes had good shrimp and sauce but johnny cakes were too dense, a bit dry & doughy. Overall, however, a great dinner & we will be back to explore more of the menus! Definitely recommended. Great place for dinner before a flic at FilmBar.

had a reservation had to wait for table. Table was what looked like a walk-in high top. Jammed next to a family of four. Felt like we could have tried their meal. Over heard their entire conversation. Food was excellent, service good. Portions of food were very small. Nice place, but probably won't return

We went to Breadfruit for my husbands birthday. We had reservations for 8:00 pm and were sat at 8:30 pm. While we waited no explanation was given for the delay. No one offered us a glass of water or an opportunity to go to the bar and get a drink while we waited. Once we were seated our server was very knowledgeable regarding the menu and the rum drinks. She was great. We started out with (2) small plates - ceviche and mussels. The ceviche was good, the crackers that came with it really good. The mussels were terrible. The presentation of them was very nice but they were beyond small and overcooked. They were so stringy they wouldn't come out of their shell - they were uneatable. We next had the Jamaican salad with jerk shrimp to split. It was so bitter that we couldn't eat it either. We should have said something regarding the mussels and did not. We should have said something regarding the super bitter and peppery salad and didn't. My mistake. We will not return.
