Our waitress was inattentive the entire time. Despite having a sign requiring masks while moving around, there were so many people (possibly drunk) milling about the restaurant maskless. Also, large crowds around bar like we weren’t even in a pandemic. It did not feel like a safe environment. Parking is horrible.

Great vibe in and around restaurant - possibly too few staff for full restaurant - needed to find server more often than was available (delay in getting drinks; delay in desert menu, delay in receiving check).
Didn't overly impact evening - just could be a little sharper.

We have been to the Brasserie several times and have never had an experience like this. The noise was about 30 db above hearing loss range - coming from the Estrella club upstairs. The manager asked how everything was and I told her it was way too noisy; she agreed, but nothing changed. The service was slow, given the teeming bar crowd even in the COVID era. I could deal with that. However, the waiter did not notice any needs at our table, let alone be proactive with needs. He served the appetizer with no drinks, didn't notice that the salad was not dressed, had to be asked for water, brought the wine 10 minutes after the main course was served and brought dessert with no utensils and left. I will say, though, the food was outstanding. Although the Smoked Salmon Tartine was underwhelming (was lost on some meh bread), the Steak Frites and Duck Confit entrees were exceptional. The Ferrero Rocher Cake, once we received some forks, was equally outstanding. If I were the chef, I would head to another venue where his skills could be appreciated by customers and the wait staff. It's a shame that his expertise is being drowned out by the rest of the venue.
We had a reservation for 7:30 and when we arrived, they said they do not take reservations. We waited over an hour before being seated and had the worst service ever. They made sure to tack on the 20% gratuity as well. Every single time I have been to this place, it is bad news.
Weird thing #1: We made reservations to celebrate my friend’s birthday two weeks in advance. When we arrived, the hostess didn’t bother looking for our reservation and said we didn’t have one. She told us we could go upstairs to the patio for drinks. We were confused. We got help from another employee, who found our reservation. We made a reservation for the patio, but for whatever reason, our table was taken. We could only sit inside. With all things COVID, this wasn’t what we planned for, but we went with it anyways. We were seated and the hostess said “there must’ve been a misunderstanding” and walked away.
Weird thing #2: When my friend wanted to place a drink order and asked what kind of tequila they offered, the waitress insisted that she walk over to the bar and find out for herself. We eventually got a list of options from her, ordered drinks, but they sat at the bar for a smooth 15 minutes in a somewhat empty dining room waiting to be delivered. The bartender did wave as he leaned over our drinks though. Awkward.
Weird thing #3: After all was said and done, we wanted to go back upstairs to the patio for drinks after dinner. Mind you - we reserved a table. The restaurant treats the patio like a club and had bouncers at the steps. The bouncer told us we could not go upstairs because they were at capacity. While he says this, he lets 8 additional people walk up to the patio. Us, completely confused as to why he’s allowing them to walk upstairs ask him, “well what about them?!” He proceeds to tell us they all ate dinner with the restaurant and had tables. SO DID WE...but sure, ok. After going back and forth with him for 10 minutes, he allows us to go upstairs (attitude and all).
It’s uncomfortable being an all Black party of 5 women treated as if we don’t belong in the building. I wish the experience didn’t feel like this as we really wanted to like this place - great location, pretty good food, overall, cute restaurant.
This place is no longer a French style Brasserie. We went expecting the restaurant it used to be, but they’ve moved Estrella into the downstairs area, with loud Latin music and both menus to choose from. Not a big deal, just wish we had known to expect that. We went for a nice sit down dinner but the vibe is now more of a loud bar vibe (as much as can be considering social distancing measures, which they are abiding by). We had one drink and an appetizer and left. Food and drinks are good though.
Steak Frites, tostones and black beans were cooked to perfection. Even in these tough times the staff was courteous and responsive. Their wine selection is superb and our waiter recommended the perfect pairing. A beautifully appointed restaurant in a great location!
The food was delicious. I love that they have french dishes and some lighter mexican fare. The service was fanominal and the red sangria is a must

The hostess and service was very slow. The food portions were okay but the food quality was mediocre for the price and far from typical French Brasserie. They were out of draft beer at 9pm on a Saturday night (with a brewery next door). The bottled beer was also served cold. I was excited to try it but extremely disappointed. I will not return.

Due to this weekend being one of the first sunny and slightly warm days we have had, we experienced an extremely busy brunch and happy hour. Draft beer consumption was higher than it's been all year, which is great! However, we ran out quicker than we could have anticipated. We apologize this was an inconvenience for you and other guests. Food was great and the scenery was beautiful, only problem the glasses for water had horrible water marks and spots.

We went for lunch so it was not crowded at all so it was quiet and relaxing. The drinks were delightful and the food was very good too. We had some trouble with our orders, which was surprising given that there weren't very many customers. It worked out ok though because everything was delicious!
The build out is amazing. And the location is great. The food was fine. But the service from the time we entered to the time we left was awful. There are better French restaurants yes in Atlanta.

Went on a dead afternoon, only ones in the place. Service was friendly and attentive. Soup and coffee were lukewarm, bread service was unimpressive, salad dressing was super salty (and I like salt), mussels and salmon rillettes were good.

We waited 45 minutes to be seated. When we got seated the table was dirty, the glass was dirty. They didn't have what I wanted on the menu. Waiter was very very very slow. Food was less than mediocre. I would not go back nor recommend friend.

Valentine’s Day. Cool open warehouse aesthetics but made to feel unique with a unique french based aesthetics. Food was excellent as part of the set three course offering. Will go back again for sure.
The restaurant was featured on Frank Ski’s Top 10 Restaurants for Valentines Day. My husband and I were celebrating our Anniversary as well. Service was phenomenal, from the greeters, waitresses and manager of the restaurant. The food preparation was exquisite and very delicious. We will most definitely be back to take part in the rooftop experience. Highly recommend this Top notch restaurant!

What a sensational restaurant in every way . I called with a question about Brunch on a very busy night and the reaction of the person answering the phone was amazing . The person (it turned out to be PJ ) went out of his way to answer my questions and express enthusiasm for our coming to Brunch. As we arrived at the restaurant I was struck by the enthusiastic welcome and the smiles on everyone’s face. Then we met Naomi who from the get go was “the best wait person ever”. After all that you might be asking “what about the food”. Answer is simple , every item we ordered was EXCELLENT! We give the very strongest recommendation for this spot. It has been added to our list of regular spots to dine.

I don’t know that I’ve ever left a bad review... well intentioned, but poorly trained staff and mediocre food. All for the price of other, very nice restaurants that actually deliver.
The food was good the waiter didn’t know how to pronounce items on the menu and after me and my sister have spent 75 on a appetizer and brunch and a dessert then as we were getting ready to go the waiter ask to box up our food which was pleasant but then come back to tell us that they were out of bags we had small and big boxes to go. Then the manager went to the back and was starting to put our food in a looked very used target bag. And I was like no thanks. Horrible decision making they already should have known they were out of bags before opening.
Oysters were great. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection. Brussel sprouts were so tasty and I don't like sprouts. Creme brulee was also very good.
The meal was, for the most part tasty. We had mussels, duck confit, and the chicken. They were all good. The only thing that was totally inedible was the French Onion Soup. Very salty and not a very well developed broth - light brown instead of darker, more caramelized. Bistro Niko's soup is far superior.
It was our first time. We thought that the place is beautiful, very unique. The food was delicious. I had escargot and steak tartare, yum!! My husband and friends had steak frites. However, the service left a lot to be desired. It took over 30 minutes to get our drinks and the place was not even that crowded. The timing of the food delivery was off. We were eating our appetizers when they brought the main courses. Nevertheless we will give it another try since the food was outstanding.
Overall just terrible experience. Nothing else I can say.
We found this place on Open Table and it looked nice. We drove several miles to try something new. Unfortunately we left before we even placed our order. We were seated and served water. Then we waited for 20 minutes and tried desperately to flag down a server. Finally, I got up and talked to the bar tender. He was busy eating a Jimmy John’s sandwich so we asked the water filler if she could find out server. She came over and offered to take our drink order. We also ordered some bread because we had been waiting so long and were hungry. She walked by our table several times after taking our drink order. She finally brought some butter (no bread) and said she would go and find the wine. At this point we felt like we were being deliberately ignored so we left. I hope it was just incompetences, but I suspect we were mistreated because we didn’t meet some profile (race, age, something) that the are trying to pander to. We’ll never return.

We had a 7pm reservation. Soon after we were seated we were advised that the kitchen help had left or not showed up and we would need to order quickly. We did and the quality of the food reflected the fact that they obviously didn't have proper staff on duty. The cheese board was beyond skimpy. The mash potatoes were cold. This was all after having confirmed 2 times our reservation - via opentable and text. The restaurant should have notified us early in the day they were not properly staffed and just not opened. The service was great - no complaints. The service staff was doing the best they could.

I was disappointed with my previous visit to Bazati where my meal was mediocre and over-seasoned. But I am glad I gave the restaurant another try, especially since the space is so pleasant. The food on this return visit was much better, my omelette was perfectly cooked. The desserts (we tried three) were delicious. Service was very good, and although we were a large party our server was very accommodating in getting our checks divided and sorted out.

The place was empty when we walked in. Lots of staff milling about. Restaurant was beautiful . . . Food mediocre at best. French onion soup was salty, lamb chops came out grey in color. Waitress said chef did not believe in cooking them to certain temp. Manager could have cared less. Sad it was a birthday when we booked the table and nothing was said at all.
Food was terrible. My wife and I both had steak frites. The quality of the steak was not good. Both steaks were fatty and gristly. Seasoning consisted of a dollop of garlic butter. I could have prepared better steaks at home in my cast iron skillet. Server was very nice and attentive. The location and ambiance is amazing. This should be a popular successful restaurant but the food must improve. I will not be returning anytime soon. A
Had a great time spending my girlfriend birthday here. The manager and other staff were very helpful throughout the whole surprise dinner.

We had a great time because of the outstanding service, not because of the food. Mussels ok, too much cream, uneven sizes. Chicken had strange spices, lamb chops too much breading otherwise very good. Salmon ok but served over rice instead of quinoa as stated on menu.
Our servers were sooo fun & upbeat & couldn’t do enough for us. They brought a dish of chocolate mousse with a candle for my birthday & even sang to me...so cute.
The renovated warehouse is exquisite, right on the Beltline. Will return in Spring when we can sit outside on the patio & hope the food will improve in the meantime!
I have been impressed by the food and service on every prior visit I have made to Bazati. On this occasion I was disappointed by the food. The Croque Monsieur I had was mediocre, cold and overseasoned. It was nothing like the Croque Monsieur I had a few months back.
The service was attentive and friendly. However there were mistakes on the bill. We were charged for different (more expensive) wine than what we had (which was corrected when pointed out). I also ordered a Croque Madame but was given the Monsieur which I didn't want to send back. I was charged for the Madame which I didn't bother to point out. Overall I was disappointed. I like Bazati and I hope to return, but I hope the food will be back to its usual good standard and that more care is taken with the bill.
