2018 Cuvee Natalie$20.00

This perennial favorite, named after owner and winemaker Fred Brander's late daughter, is a blend of 43% Pinot Gris, 36% Sauvignon Blanc and 21% Riesling. The Sauvignon Blanc is estate grown while the Pinot Gris and Riesling are from Kick-On Ranch in Los Alamos. This wine is fermented to dryness in stainless steel to preserve the floral aromas and stone fruit notes of this unique blend.

2018 Cuvee Nicholas$25.00

Our Cuvée Nicolas is one of our few oaked Sauvignon Blancs. Select grapes from the estate, with a perfect balance of richness and acidity, are fermented and aged in a combination of 500 liter and 225 liter French oak barrels (30% new) for eleven months. The lees are kept with the wine and periodically stirred for additional flavor until the wine is ready for bottling

2018 Sauvignon au Naturel$32.00

This Cuvee is our premium Sauvignon Blanc and our best expression of the varietal. Produced entirely from select blocks of grapes grown here on our estate, we hand harvest the fruit and leave the free-run juice in contact with the skins for up to 6 hours. To preserve the varietal character of the grape, we age the wine "Au Naturel" in stainless steel. This Cuvee undergoes five months of sur-lie aging prior to racking, resulting in the gorgeous mouthfeel, compelling minerality, and long-term ageability for which this wine is renowned.

55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Cabernet Franc, 15% Merlot, 7% Syrah, and 6% Malbec, this red blend is both approachable and curiously deep. The nose features a dark ruby color and aromas of ripe berries. Soft tannins with piquant acidity workto create a structure that allows this wine to pair nicely with a wide range of dishes.

2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate

While the Brander Vineyard has long been renowned for our Sauvignon Blancs, we are also very proud of our distinctive, classically Bordeaux-styled Cabernets. This vintage offers gorgeous, pure fruit and presents an attractive, translucent dark ruby in the glass. This Cabernet has aromas of ripe strawberry, cherry and raspberries, red fruit on the palate, and finishes with smooth and velvety tannins.

2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate

A 375ml version of Branders estate Cabernet Sauvignon. While the Brander Vineyard has long been renowned for our Sauvignon Blanc, we are also proud of our distinctive, classically Bordeaux-style Cabernets. This Cabernet is sourced from two lots – our oldest block, planted in 1975, with modest but impressively rich fruit, and the younger Erik's Block planted in 2008, which has a variety of flavors due to its diverse Cabernet clones. While young, this wine already flaunts wonderful notes of ripe cherries and tart blackberries, with warm spice and cedar notes. With age, this wine will continue to develop its flavor and become ever more intriguing for years to come

2017 Merlot Los Olivos District$28.00

We are once again thrilled to release a Merlot made from the delicious fruit of the Mesa Verde Vineyard. Aged for 7 months in mostly French oak barrels, this Merlot has flavors of blackberries, plums and a hint of vanilla on both the nose and the palate.

2018 Syrah Santa Barbara County$25.00

In addition to producing Bordeaux style varieties, Los Olivos also proves to be a great area for the production of Syrah. Our Los Olivos District Syrah is fermented in small bins, punched down by hand, gently pressed, and then matured in neutral French oak for ten months. On the palate this wine shows notes of blackberries, raspberries, and cassis with a touch of iron and gaminess in the finish.

2017 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon$50.00

This incredible Cabernet is a blend of grapes taken from our oldest block, planted by Erik Branderin 1975, which produces a minimal amount of fruit since 2010, and the younger 'Erik's Block' , which Fred Brander favors for its diverse flavors. This wine shows wonderful notes of ripe cherry and tart blackberries, warm spices and light cedar. With age, this wine will continue to develop and will drink beautifully well between 2028 and 2033.

"Better Together" Red Blend, Santa Barbara county ($25): Using Santa Maria Valley Syrah and Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, this blend has a richer and riper fruit profile than the typical Brander red.
