    Very good food and friendly service. Two adults and three children shared an appetizer, salad, and two entrees and we were full. Ambiance was cool, and the location is excellent. Value was good; pretty on par for the area. We'll return on our next trip.

    The food was good, not great. The service was awful. It took over an hour to get our food. The server was apologetic and offered us a complimentary dessert. We accepted and it took another 30 minutes for it to be brought out.

    We had a lot of great meals in Banff. We both had ribs at the Boss. It was the best meal we had in Banff. The ribs, caesar salad and smashed potatoes (the best thing we are) were all tremendous. Thursday night live singer. He was so loud it was hard to talk to my wife. But that was the only knock on the boss.

    We really enjoyed our time at The Boss Kitchen! Our server, a young man from Czech Republic (forgot his name!), was fantastic and gave great recommendations. We got the duck wings, the Bison short ribs, the BBQ ribs, and the prawn linguini. All of them were fantastic! The serving on the short ribs was perhaps a little small for a hungry adult, but still very tasty. The sauce on the wings and the BBQ ribs were both delicious. We got a virgin mojito, which was in a can and $11, which seems a bit steep for a non-alcoholic drink. All in all, a wonderful meal!! A bit on the spendy side, but it was the best thing we’ve had in Banff so far!

The feedback on the portion size for the Bison Short Rib is noted, and we are looking into minor tweaks we could make to increase the size. I also appreciate the feedback on the price of the Virgin Mojito from Wild Life "Silent Flight", this can is a bit expensive for our cost, which is why we have priced it out at $11. We can also do a Virgin Mojito using traditional mint, syrup, lime juice, and soda water that would be a bit cheaper. Its really great to hear that we were the best experience in Banff so far! Please visit us again during our Happy Hour, 3-6 / 9 - close for some great deals on drinks and food!

    The service was excellent and the food and drinks were great. I especially loved the NS cheese cake for desert and the spicy watermelon margaritas.

    Waiter was friendly but told us 2 of our items were unavailable then after we ordered replacement items - he brought one of the original orders as well. Service was also very slow

    Nettes Lokal. Essen war ebenfalls gut, wobei der Ziegenkäse beim Salat mit Ziegenkäse nur dünn geraspelt war. Ansonsten war es eine gute Wahl in Banff
