    We were celebrating my college graduation, and nothing special was done for the service, even though I was a student of the school. Four members of my family had ordered filet mignon and they did not have a single order left for the night. Considering it was graduation weekend I would’ve expected that the restaurant be more prepared and less likely to 86 such a popular menu item. The bottle of Prosecco took about 20 minutes to get to the table. But the value of the meal, and the ambience was fair.

    Waitresses (students) delightful - a bonus! Winter $50 prix-fix 3 course special (last night was LAST NIGHT - sorry). Great deal!

    The food was outstanding. I had the halibut for my main course and the soufflé crepes for dessert. Halibut is a favorite of mine. This was cooked to perfection and served with a delicious sauce. I took a gamble on the soufflé crepes in that I didn’t quite understand what I was ordering but the crepes were light and the filling was luscious. The dish included a quince syrup that was delightful.

    We always love coming to the Bocuse restaurant at CIA. Everything was delicious and presented so beautifully. Love the flavors. It’s an incredible experience and amazing value for foodies .

    We loved our experience dining at Bocuse! The student servers were all outstanding - very professional and knowledgeable. The dining room is lovely and the food is divine! We had the three course lunch menu; for us, the tartare appetizer was probably the star as we thought it was especially well balanced with innovative flavor combinations! We would love to come again sometime in the future!
