    The food and service were wonderful, but the ice cream made at the table using liquid nitrogen to freeze the custard while being hand cranked was out of this world! The billowing “fog” from the super cold nitrogen made a special meal spectacular!

    Yesterday was our first time disappointed about the service of the Bocuse. Yes! very terrible service. We couldn't believe it happened at the Bocuse. From the first waitress named Rachel to the following waiters, we were very surprised and disappointed. They forgot what we needed and didn't smile at all. The service quality was really shocking. What embarrassed me so much was that we invited friends to lunch and told them that this was the best French food and professional service in New York. Yes! Professional service! We didn't experience the professional service yesterday at all. I write this with sadness because Bocuse is a restaurant we love and visit often. We don't know what was going on yesterday. God bless the yesterday service team.

    Our dining experience was exceptional. The student staff performed at the top of their ability, displaying kindness and courtesy throughout our visit. The food was quite rich, with many dishes featuring heavy sauces, while others were somewhat bland. The highlight of the meal was the delicious homemade ice cream served at our table.
