   The food was amazing. Although the servers were all polite and cordial, The service was very poor. We had to ask for our first drink several times and an after dinner drink fell off the table and they charged us for the replacement. Despite the service issues I would highly recommend dining here and would happily dine here again.

   Bocuse, the Hyde Park (NY) Culinary Institute of America’s French fine-dining option, offers an outstanding three course meal that is sure to appeal to the most discerning diners. The food and wine selection was impressive and the preparation of our dishes was perfect. An added bonus: the charming and knowledgeable servers who provide information on the menu selections, ingredients, taste profiles, etc. A great evening !!

   This is the place we went for our first date and now our engagement!! Everything about it is always so special and I couldn’t imagine anything better. Our favorite part is always that the restaurant is run by students. They always bring so much excitement to the experience and you can tell they’re passionate about learning and creating something special. Not to mention it’s a great value. I really cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The flavors, textures, ambiance, everything is fantastic and innovative. It’s such a gem among all the amazing restaurants in the Hudson valley.

   Great food and service; however this last time I felt noise level was too high and meal too salty for me. With that said The Bocuse offers an amazing experience

    We had a wonderful time celebrating my wife's birthday. Everyone was warm, friendly, and professional. The experience could not have been better. I recommend the duck breast which was delicious!
