Great food! As a CIA alumnus, I was very proud. Service was a bit awkward and stilted, but that is to be expected and they did a fantastic job. Well done!

We had a great time at Bocuse! Following a bad experience at a different CIA restaurant last year, CIA sent me a gift card for a free dinner if I was willing to come back. From the minute we walked in, this was completely different from last year and fantastic. The service was great and the students couldn’t have been nicer. The food was all brought out in a timely manner and everything was delicious (I had the mushroom tart, lobster, and chocolate dessert; my husband had the salmon ceviche, steak, and crème brûlée). All was super fresh and the students did such a good job explaining each dish. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be back.

My wife and I ate here several years ago and happened to be coming through the area and decided to try it again. It was as good, or better, than the last time. Gordon was our server and did a wonderful job. The food was fantastic and we had a wonderful experience.

I think a 3:5 Overall Rating would be most appropriate if possible, This was our 2nd consecutive year dinner in Bocuse during a getaway weekend in the valley. The menu itself is full of wonderful choices. The majority of the food was well prepared. Service was really, really OFF. There was a private party of ten going on in a side room and many times during our 3 HOURS at our table there would be a “parade” of 10 servers carrying individual dishes into the side room. That has got to throw off timing, focus, and planning of an overall dining room crew when so many servers are herded up and taken away from their assigned tables. Our server was very nice and sincere ….I wish I had a $ for every time I heard him say to each guest at five tables (6-4-2-2-4) he was assigned to “I am Sorry, I apologize for”as he should. Delay after Delay. While each course had long wait times between them, I mentioned as they cleared our app that we would like a glass of certain wines with our entree…… many minutes later the entrees arrive and I told the new server bringing them we had ordered wine with entree….he said he would tell our guy. At least ten minutes later someone came over with the 2 glasses. I felt badly for the folks next to us…celebrating a special occasions. After being seated it was a long time before a server introduced himself….they ordered a bottle of wine and sat for a LONG time with no food, no wine. Our interval pre dessert must have been 20 minutes. On the good side, super Fois Gras. Wonderful butter with coarse salt. Nice enough duck, rather small. Dessert size plentiful Chocolate mousse with-coffee ice cream and several “touches”. If we return to CIA again I think we will try a lunch. Beautiful Campus.

As always, Bocuse never fails to impress. The perfect place to bring a guest for a great meal. Our server was very personable and quite efficient. I have never had a bad experience at Bocuse. Will continue to come back in the future.

The dining experience at all the Culinary Institue's eating establishments has always been great, and this time was no exception. In a world of unremarkable dining experiences, the Culinary Institute truly stands out. It's wonderful to know that the Culinary Institute prepares so many people to go into the world and improve the quality and enjoyment of food!

We were a party of 5 and each one of us enjoyed the Bocuse restaurant. Our wait staff starting with Dylan were fabulous. The food presentation was on point. We never felt rushed through the courses. Flavors were distinguishable in every dish. Lived it!
