   We had a great Moroccan set menu at The Boathouse. Loads of very tasty dishes, all just as good as the next and at a very good price. We will definitely be back.

   Food was out of this world, the service was very good they were attentive and value for money. We didn’t know at the time of booking but they also had entertainment on which was great.

   The venue was very quiet with a couple at the bar having drinks and we were the only diners for about an hour. Decor could do with a lift and possibly a bit more light if possible. The menu was a tad ordinary, I had stuffed peppers which were freshly cooked but a little oily. The coffee to follow was very strong. Service was good but there was zero atmosphere. Would prob go to pub and sit out to look over river next time.

   We booked for a birthday meal and it was a great evening with lovely selection of food and drinks , service was great and absolutely first class thank you to all working there very friendly and accommodating and would definitely go again Thank you

   Just the best tapas in a great place by the river. Great selection of dishes to suit all tastes with lots of vegetarian options. Outside seating available with lovely views of the river Severn. Also has a good cocktail menu. Would thoroughly recommend!

    We were greeted and shown to our table by a friendly lady who remembered us, even though we only manage to dine there three times or so a year. We had the Kings Tapas which was varied and delicious - we were far too full to reorder (for free) any of the dishes we’d been served. The service was timely and attentive, we look forward to our next visit.

    I think the website is a bit misleading as there are no views of the water when you sit downstairs for lunch. That was quite disappointing. We had the full English breakfast which was nice, there was no offer of a different choice of bread so it was thin, anaemic white which we were given. The service was brilliant and the place is quirky and nice but just not what I was hoping for at all.

    We all enjoyed our meal at the Boathouse, great service and friendly staff. The entertainment was fantastic and the overall ambiance was beautiful. Will definitely come back again !

    Brilliant helpful service overall, very attentive and friendly staff. Food was good but inconsistent, some tapas were delicious, others disappointing. Veggie tagine and hand cut chips 10/10. Filo spinach and feta parcels poor. Quince gin and tonic advertised as served with apple slice and Mediterranean tonic, came with cucumber and regular tonic. The music night with Beatles tribute was fantastic 😍

    Great food only downside was there was a band setting up right next to us even though there were 15+ empty tables. When we arrived there was only the bass player setting up which was fine but over the course of our meal the rest of the band turned up even putting a speaker near my wife’s head. The restaurant manager ( I believe) even came up and said mind your head when you stand up ( the speaker could have been easily positioned after we had gone) . Just before we left shortly after the speaker incident my wife spoke to the manager about why we were sat next to the band. He just said that if it was a problem he would have moved us, or seen what was going on and offered to move us. He failed to realise the point was, as customers we shouldn’t have been put in that situation.

    A good varied menu with mix of veg/fish/meat dishes. All the food was really good and brought out in stages so always hot and fresh. Lovely place and friendly staff and good value. Would recommend.

    Food was absolutely beautiful, well presented, tasted delicious and full of flavour. Great service and and a great feel to the restaurant. Cocktails were also fantastic. Would absolutely recommend, best tapas I have had.

    Great location by the river. We were made very welcome and 3 portions of tapas each was more than enough and very tasty. Everything was at a good price including the wine. The vodka martini (not too dry) was exceptional. We also had a nightcap in the sister restaurant Mojito on the way back to the hotel.
