Overall it was okay, just okay on average. My grilled salmon was good and cooked just right; the sweet potato was small but good, not piping hot but warm. However, the two filets and ribeye were just ok, not great, a bit over cooked. The baked potato was hot on the outside skin, but lukewarm at best inside - how does that happen? The garden salad had a lot of kale in it - not mentioned in the menu - not a fan of uncooked kale - it looked like it came out of a package. The service was slooooow. We had two kids with us - they were very hungry - I mentioned to the server - and asked for bread and asked for their dinners (pasta and chicken tenders) to be brought out first if they were ready - never happened. The server seemed rushed to get the adult drinks in before 6pm happy hour ended - we had already been sitting there for almost 5 minutes…she only took,the adult orders, not the kids!! When she finally came back with 3 of 4 of the adult drinks, she took the kids’ orders, only after I mentioned that. I know it’s hard to get qualified serving help, but these are basics. After asking for bread, we had to wait nearly 10 minutes for that to arrive. Plenty of good warm rolls which went a long way to keeping the kids happy. The outside ambiance is pretty nice with the bay and the boats - however they allow smoking directly outside the front door and the winds were blowing the smoke into the outside dining area - UGH UGH! Management should make sure smokers stay far from the restaurant. Overall, it was just ok. We probably won’t go back because there are too many other places with better food, better ambiance and better value. Sorry - we had heard that the Boathouse was much better than it used to be…not our experience. Hopefully things can improve because it is a pretty spot.

Service excellent as usual. Onion soup was good. My wife and I both had the seafood pasta. I had lemon butter sauce which was tasteless. One shrimp and one small scallop in dish along with a small stringy lobster tail for $37. Outside seating was exceptional. Next time, I’ll get a burger.

The Boathouse has a beautiful view and our server was great. I brought a friend who had never been and she too enjoyed. I just had Chicken Caprese sandwich and she had a salad with shrimp and brought home the stuffed artichoke to eat later for dinner. It was a bit noisy when we arrived at 2:00 but it was quiet soon after. I accidentally left my cell phone on the table and our server was genius in seeing my friend just sent a text and he asked Siri to call my friends name. It did and we returned for my phone. He went above and beyond and is yet another reason for us to return. We will be back!

We have dined here many times and always come back for the quality of the seafood. I typically order from the fresh catch list. Either way from the fresh catch list or the regular menu, it's hard to go wrong.

We went with a group of four. Drinks were good. Three had great meals. One lobster dinner was over cooked and for $53 that was not good enough. Hence the lower rating. We did have a nice view.

The location on the water was beautiful and the service was great but the food was not great. I had the sea bass and it was overcooked and the sweet potato fries were cold and tasteless. My friend had the paella and she said it was good.

Went to the Boathouse for mothers 92nd birthday- Elizabeth was our server and she was an absolute superstar. She was kind, patient and very efficient. Food was good, a bit pricey, but that’s expected for Naples. We will definitely be back

We enjoyed the water front location, ambience & food. The parking is a bit difficult but you can always use the valet. The service was friendly & attentive without being intrusive. The menu offered an appropriate selection & portion choices. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was 🎉Phenomenal ! Service was ok. Server was very nice but way over whelmed with a very heavy workload. The only draw back for me was the noise level but there is really nothing you can do if you have a busy night with loud customers. We will definitely be going back!!!!

Food was nothing to come back for. The Baja shrimp nachos were absolutely disgusting. Was in shock they would even serve them. If only I could attach a photo to illustrate - was a few cheap store bought tortilla chips with MAYONNAISE and one shrimp cold, chopped up scattered among. No Melted Cheese. Was absolutely nasty. Got coconut shrimp and a crab cake sandwich - both were good. Seemed a bit overpriced, but fine. The view is what made it all alright - absolutely stunning. If they could get their food situation together I would return.

Reserved table outside and they tried to tell me I didn’t reserve table for outside. Husband ordered fish and there were bones left in the fish. I ordered sous vide chicken and it was described as sous vide herb chicken but came out looking and tasting like an over roasted or fried chicken with no flavor or herbs!

The Boathouse has great views but unfortunately the service was underwhelming. Ordered our entrees but the server did not offer any salads or side items which we thought was odd. The food came out and my wife's meal was 7 scallops and nothing else. I had a stir fry and it came with nothing else. The server only returned after we finished our entrees and when questioned she offered to bring me a salad. Too late. She said my wife's entree did not come with anything. It was a special occasion so really disappointing.
