It was okay

We were able to secure outdoor seating overlooking the bay on a beautiful night. The food was excellent and plentiful. The service was superior and helpful. The noise level was low and we were able to enjoy a pleasant conversation.

We will most certainly return.

Dinner on Naples Bay was great! The Boathouse platter was perfect.

Soup, salad, appetizer and entree all arrived at the same time. Absurd service.

Nice to sit outside at this place. Inside the tables we packed close together. The waiter was great. They were sold out of many items on the menu. The person who greeted us was rude but after we were seated it was a good experience. They food was good but not great.

My steak was not cooked to my liking even though I said Medium Well.

I made a reservation specifically for OUTDOOR SEATING and when we arrived (on time), I was told all the covered outdoor seating was taken so if we wanted to sit outside, we’d have to bake in the direct Florida sun. Obviously not, thank you. We had to sit inside, where it was loud and difficult to hear and then it took about 10 minutes for our waitress to show up with water. She was very sweet so I’ll give her a break for not being attentive (had to flag her down again for water later). When a person goes to the trouble of making a RESERVATION a week ahead of time, I expect the restaurant to RESERVE a viable table for them. Not a single person sat in the direct sun while we were there. Nobody is their right mind would do that at high noon in Florida. Very disappointing lunch which was supposed to be a memorable special occasion.

I’m not convinced the Hog Snapper was really Hog..... seemed very consistent with Red Snapper but overall food prep was good.

Food was excellent, well presented. Waiter Tim was awful. As we were being seated he told the hostess he was killing him. We were seated a little early, he told us he would be right back but had to ring up an order for 12 people. No drink offer or anything. About 12 minutes later he came as asked us for our drink order, which we provided along with our appetizer order. Hubby and I discussed and stated well it is now our dining reservation of 645pm so we were good. 10 minutes later we asked where our drinks orders were. bartender backed up, another table was seated, was Tim's table and they got their drinks in 3minutes, we asked again. Blamed the bar tender. They brought out the food for the 12 people...707pm he brought out hubby's drink not mine, I told him to cancel it. He comes running out with spills in on the table, no lime, no sugar on the rim (like I had two days before) Hubby tells him we cancelled Tim will get the manager. 5 minutes later Tim brought out our appetizers that we order 30 minutes before, my baked shrimp was warm not hot like coming out of the oven. I had to asked him to wipe up the spilled drink and not just put the platter on top of the mess. Asked hubby if he wanted another drink and he laughed and said no. Table seated after us had their appetizers all ready and were eating salads. We ordered dinner. Food was good, but had to ask for ice for water glass, ask for extra napkins, forgot sour cream for bake potato etc. Had to ask for everything. Did not offer anything! The manager came right before they brought out the meal (20 additional minutes) Don't recall his name but was useless. Try to blame us. Wasn't asking for special treatment just to be treated fairly. Was told a Strawberry Martini takes time to make, didn't last time, plus you make the drinks in order they are placed. 20 minutes? really? They told me they would take the drink off, I cancelled so that wasn't an option. Food worth it service the worse!

The boathouse has beautiful views of Naples Bay. However, the food is way overpriced for its quality and taste. Also, the floor was filthy under the table when we sat down. A quick sweep up could have been helpful.

Tim was our server! He's amazing. He took such great care of our group. Great menu suggestions and he was to attentive. This was a big deal because the place was busy. The food was excellent. Restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. Portion size is large. Everything was wonderful. We will be back!!!! Loved it. And eating outside was beautiful.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in any restaurant in my life! I went out to dinner every night in Naples for 2 weeks and all were delightful. A party of 4 drunks (seniors by the way) were seated across from us and could not have been louder or more obnoxious. Our waiter would not move us to a different table or even ask the party to keep things to a reasonable volume. The manager refused to come over when I asked him to intervene. Our meal was beyond miserable. Every table around them were clearly upset but nothing was done. The waiter continued to serve them alcohol when they were beyond impaired. Awful experience and would never go back.

This is, at best, an average dining experience. We are not foodies at all, but we were disappointed by the wait (25 minutes) despite having a reservation (party of 6), slow service (took a long time to place our order), quality of the food (average, at best; we had salads, soups, seafood apps and entrees), and price (you can get better food in Naples for not much more $$, so other places are a better value). Has kind of a tired tourist trap feel. It was really busy, but won't ever go back.

Atmosphere was good. It’s nice outside by the water. Food was ok. The menu looked wonderful but the food not so much. My husband had friend flounder and it was over cooked and not fresh tasting. My dinner was broiled seafood and it was just ok.

The foos was delicious and our server was responsive and friendly. My only detraction is because of the hostess. I had requested outdoor seating but when I checked in and told her that her response was “No you didn’t.” I replied that I had, and would be happy to show her the reservation request.

She basically just snarled at me and said, “No you didn’t and we don’t have anything available.” If you don’t have seating outside then you don’t, but please don’t tell me I didn’t do something I could clearly prove I did.

She was rude, aggressive, and seemingly forgot that she is the first point of contact for the restaurant’s dining experience. The meal was fine but the initial interaction was disturbing and unwelcoming.

We had never eaten here although have lived in Naples a long time. We wanted someplace different and really enjoyed the service from the time you enter the door, the hostesses are so nice and pleasant. The waitress explained some of the dishes very well and took our drink then our order. It was nice not to be rushed and allowed to eat and enjoy the meal. I definitely would try again!

Missed some items ordered, took a bit of time to get order. HOWEVER, they did take an item off the bill on their own. Would definitely try again.

Location was fine but not noteworthy. Just a normal restaurant. Food was average, nothing to make note of. They have these water misters above the outside tables which dripped water on you, which was annoying to say the least.

We made a reservation for outside but because of the weather we were not able to enjoy it. We were promptly sat near the windows so we could be on the water. Joe was wonderful! He was multitasking multiple tables sat within minutes of each other! We were not in a rush but enjoyed every second! The food and drinks were superb! We will return and send people here to enjoy this gem!!
