The Blue Fish-Toyota Music Factory
The Blue Fish Tacos
Spicy Tuna or Salmon
Excellent Omakase from Head Chef Jackie Chen 😃 Bluefin Tuna and King Salmon are the best 🥰 Japanese uni (sea urchin) is great ✌️ Thanks Jackie 🍁🥳
Perfect for grabbing a bite of sushi before a concert :)
Blue Fish is always a great experience. Sushi chefs are always on point and the fish is super fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed and the service is great. Highly recommended.
Table was overcrowded with finished dishes and at one point we had to refill our drinks ourselves
Brought a friend from out of town. Food was ok but over $100 for 2 ppl and dishes were half/half for hit and miss
Great food options. Everything tasted great. Drinks were amazing!
Good food. A bit pricey, but good while traveling.
First time at the restaurant with a friend visiting from Cali. We tried 6 items on menu - Signature rolls, Panko Rock Shrimp Popcorn, Brussel Sprouts, & Kobe Mandu. Everything was fantastic! Great service as well. I will definite visit again.
We had tickets to a concert at Toyota Music Factory and had dinner here before the concert. It is one of the few restaurants at the venue that will accept reservations so this worked out well. Staff was nice enough to hold our reservation when we were a bit late. Food was delicious. It was a bit pricey but that's sushi. We had visited their old location in Irving and this is a much nicer place. We will go back for sure.
Great food and service
My daughter and I had a 30+ minute wait after everyone received their food because they made it wrong. Even after the wait/remake, it was still wrong. Just had them cancel my order. My daughter went ahead and ate hers because she was hungry. In addition, I made this reservation with note that we were celebrating a birthday. Server never mentioned or acknowledged. Disappointing experience.
Came here before a show at the pavilion. Got two rolls, calamari and a few drinks. Rolls were okay and calamari was good. The beers were cheap which was nice. The food was otherwise pricey
We finally found the new Blue Fish location. My wife and I use to have lunch at the old location regularly. The new spot is great. Food is as good as we remembered and the service was awesome. We had the lobster roll and the volcano roll. Fantastic. Topped it off with some fried rice. We will be going again.
A pleasant add to the Music Factory line of vast dining venues. The host staff always do their best to welcome you and prove impeccably accommodating. TORO!
Try it. Only the finest.
Make sure to look into the Toyota Music Factory schedule before you go. We were able to be seated with our reservation, but the place was packed with concert goers. It took quite a while to just get waters and another while to get our bar drinks and almost an hour after that to get our sushi rolls. The servers were dashing around like mad and we rarely saw ours. She had to go back and check on our food multiple times. Tables seated after ours somehow got their food and were able to eat and leave before us.
I’d been here before and been pleased and I’ve been to other Blue Fish locations and been satisfied, but for the amount of money we spent we were really dissatisfied.
We ate in the bar area so that we could order happy hour specials. The food tasted great and the service was the best I've had in a long time.
Server had great timing and was attentive without being overly attentive. The drinks and food were on par per usual.
Be Nice is the Serice Introduce them self and say there Name. How Can I Help You. And be More Wellcome. It was my First Time There. and Tell How the Menu works. For first Timer to the Restaurant.
Tuna Tower was very disappointing compared to usual BF @ Waters Creek. Portion was tiny and did Not taste very well. Server told us all about Wagyu Sushi special, so we ordered it. Only to find out 15 mins later it was sold out.
Great service and great sushi! The Evolution White Blend wine was delicious with all the varieties of sushi!
Our favorite sushi place in the United States!
Our server was very attentive to or requests. Great job
The service was horrible. I’ve never written a review but this was so bad. Took us 20 minutes just to get drinks. Appetizer never came out. Each meal came out 10-15 minutes apart. Bar tender was rude when asked to sweeten a drink. Said he was “too busy”
We were excited to try Blue Fish, and made a reservation for indoor table Saturday night at 6. When we arrived promptly at 6, we were told our table wasn't ready and they couldn't give us an estimate of when it might be. There was a comedian at the Music Factory that night, and I'm guessing they had seated customers without reservations who had arrived earlier, as the restaurant was already very crowded and very loud. We ended up sitting outside, which was fine as the weather was pleasant. We were at a table right by the door however which was slightly annoying as wait staff was constantly in and out for us and the other tables. Rolls were fine, nothing too spectacular. My husband did really enjoy his salad. This restaurant is probably fine if you're coming to the area already, but I won't make the trip again.
Spicy edamame and shrimp nigiri to start - both fantastic. Shrimp tempura rolls - my fave in the metroplex! Mega lobster roll - different, fun and delicious, but I’d probably stick with the shrimp next time. Noise level was high and server attention was low, but I’ll still go back for those shrimp rolls, lol.
The POKE bowls were just OK. I think they could of used a light marinade choice to give more flavor. Even the spicy tuna was a little bland.
I would not recommend this restaurant. We went for for dinner and the experience was not good. The restaurant seemed to be severely understaffed on this Sunday evening and it was reflected in long waits for drinks, edamame being served semi frozen and just mediocre food. Our server was doing her best to makeup for the many problems the restaurant seemed to be experiencing. She was very good but was spread very thin with tables all over the restaurant. She made a negative experience tolerable. But it’s hard to overcome the other obstacles.
I’m don’t really like to give a bad review but this was not an inexpensive dinner and the whole experience was rather disappointing.
There are many other much better sushi choices in Dallas so I would look elsewhere.
Dinner date with my husband. Great food and drinks!
Great service and great food!
Great spot for business lunch. Parking is terrible in the whole complex!
Excellent food and drink. Enjoyed it!
Blue Fish Las Colinas used to be a great place for sushi, but sadly, the TMF location has dropped the quality.
It was Sunday evening Mother's Day, but there was several tables empty - however, the server was rushing between several tables, and the service was spotty.
The kitchen was under staffed a the tables/ floor were not cleaned afte tut departure of the guest. The established looked like they were understaffed on the whole.
The waitress told us ahead of time that the kitchen was backed up so I knew it would take a while, but we got all of our sushi and didn’t get the one item that was being made in the kitchen until we were all done and needed the check and that last item was my daughters bento box. So everyone ate except my daughter. I also never got my drink, I had to ask one of the guys who brought out food and he brought it about the same time as the bento box came out. When we walked in the restaurant wasn’t wasn’t full and the bar was completely empty so idk why it took over 40 minutes later. This is the second time we’ve came here since the move and i don’t like it and won’t be back. It’s so freezing inside the building I got an ear ache last time we dined inside and all of my kids were freezing the entire time. It was a horrible experience. I loved blue fish before they moved locations. I guess I’ll need to find a new sushi place.
Surprisingly the food was "just ok." I've had sushi & sashimi here before that was good but this time they were off a little. Also due to COVID they removed a few drinks and items from their menu. The Lychee Martini was one of them which I think they should have kept.
Excellent sushi... big rolls!
Great location for a nice easy, early friday night dinner. Service was very fast and kind. Had a great start to our evening.
I’ve been going to the Blue Fish in Los Colinas for many years, but it really needed to be updated. They did a great job on the new location and the food is just as good. Glad they kept happy hour, so we can go after work!
No doubt about it.. The Blue Fish is always the best Sushi in town!
