Fantastic food and service. Ordered the Thai prawn crackers to start & got about 3 times the amount we get at our local restaurant. Other dishes were a good size and absolutely delicious. Will come again.

It was our 1st time at this pub/restaurant and already planning a return visit The Thai green curry was mouthwatering, the black been sauce gorgeous, the curry powder dish moreish, and ( there's always 1 person who wants traditional ) the steak and ale pie just melted in your mouth. Reasonably priced and generous portions. Can't wait to go back

Situated in a picturesque village, the Blackwell Ox is our favourite pub! The menu is extensive, the service is the right pace, the staff are friendly and efficient and the food is delicious! What’s not to like?

Lovely food service was a little bit up and down we were a group of 4 but only brought out 3 meals they missed the 4th person but when realised they did bring it out in reasonable time but by then we were well on our way to eating quite a bit of ours it won't stop us from returning as food delicious as always

Freshly cooked delicious food for a family group. Staff very accommodating and lovely. Room felt a bit dimly lit.

We were served straight away. Food and drinks came very fast. The food was delicious and very good portion sizes, you can bring home what you don’t eat so nothing is wasted. All the staff were lovely and helpful.

Got a table in the bay window which was lovely. The food was amazing and the service was great! Would recommend this place 100%!
